My order got delayed due to the… My order got delayed due to the holidays and i was really worried. Andrea was really helpful. I finally got my bag and love it yall! It fits everything and is pretty solid. Quality is better than expected so very happy with my purchase.

It's been over a month It's been over a month. I haven't received my product. Just a tracking number to something that hasn't yet shipped from China. I've received correspondence saying it will be here soon... And here I am with it still waiting.

Products are outstanding but take forever to arrive Products are outstanding. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars was the length of time to get them and the lack of communication during that time. I was totally left in the dark as to what was going on or when I would get them. Sad for such a nice product.

The bag is quite nice The bag is quite nice. It's pretty much exactly what I wanted. I did a rather large amount of research. It's been very functional for me. A few thoughts for improvement: cross-chest strap - makes it more comfortable if cycling. Better/larger side pockets for water bottles Otherwise it's really great
