The bag is quite nice The bag is quite nice. It's pretty much exactly what I wanted. I did a rather large amount of research. It's been very functional for me. A few thoughts for improvement: cross-chest strap - makes it more comfortable if cycling. Better/larger side pockets for water bottles Otherwise it's really great

Super service Super service. Well kept informed about the status of my order which arrived quite fast. I was expecting 3-4 weeks arrival time and actually got it around 2 weeks and right into my hands was delivered.

This is a very nice back pack This is a very nice back pack. I love all the pockets and the heavy duty zippers. The magnetic snaps are a nice touch. The color of the canvas is beautiful and I really like the way it fits when I’m wearing it on my back. All around great backpack.

Usta Backpack The expedition was long, but due to Covid this is certainly understandable. The backpack is beautiful, finished and has a lot of internal pockets useful for any need. It is a large and roomy backpack.

It's been over a month It's been over a month. I haven't received my product. Just a tracking number to something that hasn't yet shipped from China. I've received correspondence saying it will be here soon... And here I am with it still waiting.
