Great customer service! I experienced some issues with shipping (reasonable given the times we live in). I left a low review and contacted customer service about my order because I thought it was truly internal. I heard back immediately from their team. They offered me a refund which was really appreciated since I really don’t think I’ll be getting it at this point (it’s been well over a month but this is is not their fault after they sent it). I’ve bought their socks before and love them. Comfortable, durable, and fun! Highly recommend. Shame this shipment likely won’t arrive, but I’m very pleased with the help I got.

Worth it! After a bad experience with another sock seller, I was reticent to try Sockologie but it had best reviews among what I could find. I was satisfied with not only the quality of the products but the promptness of the delivery. Highly recommend!

I'd grown tired of looking through tons… I'd grown tired of looking through tons of sock stores to find the same old designs in all of them; Sockologie had all of the classics, of course, but also some new designs I hadn't seen and that fit my personality so well. Shipping was free and quick, and the socks themselves were not only cute but SO SOFT. Love them.

I order a pair of black hummingbird… I order a pair of black hummingbird socks for ladies about 2 months ago. They were adorable, however after 2 or 3 wears a hole on the toe area appeared and eventually one also on the heel area. I texted CS and stated what had happened. Lili texted me and asked if I would like a replacement. I texted her back and said that would be very thoughtful - to date, I have not received a response or a pair of the socks. Please don’t say you will do something and not back it up - that is not good business practice. Thank you!
