GBCustomer service is a joke Customer service is a joke. I tried all day yesterday January 19th to get a hold of someone on there chat option and got nothing. Emailed and got nothing. Ordered socks and paid for 3 day shipping to have them by January 21 (order was placed January 15th) USPS app shows the socks will not be arriving until Saturday January 22. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache and find another company to order socks from.

GBWorth it! After a bad experience with another sock seller, I was reticent to try Sockologie but it had best reviews among what I could find. I was satisfied with not only the quality of the products but the promptness of the delivery. Highly recommend!

GBI placed an order with them and the… I placed an order with them and the items were not delivered. They said that USPS said they could not deliver the package because of an address error or something. I checked the address multiple times and have had thing shipped to that exact address in the past. I asked for a refund and they told me once the items had made it back to the warehouse they would give me a refund. The order was placed in December. I still do not have a refund and the time has been lost. I’ve also sent 4 emails and they have all been ignored.

GBI ordered nine pair of knee-high socks… I ordered nine pair of knee-high socks in all different styles and colors. I absolutely love everyone of them! Will definitely come back to Sockology as my knee high resource!
