Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Received a damaged product with scratches. Sent a photo of the damages to customer support to get an exchange or refund. Customer service responded with a list of questions including the request of a video of the damaged product. After providing everything they have asked for, they still have yet to accommodate me, with one excuse after another. I will never use this company again.

I like the product I like the product, it would have been nice to have some type of brochure showing how the product can be used in regard to equipment placement rather than having to find something online. Not everyone knows how to use this type of product, especially when one is use to using the conventional photography bags since the turn of the century.

Great backpack Arrived well packaged. Was impressed by the quality build and materials used in it's construction. Got three cameras in with the lenes and a few other items. Very easy to carry and is comfortable to carry. Good product so far.

The photographers backpack is… The photographers backpack is awesome....the shipping on the other hand...... I ordered on the 17th of April, waited for 2 weeks for the email saying my order had shipped. After 2 weeks I emailed asking for an update and within 24 hrs my order shipped and after 2 more days I got my order. Little odd.

I got my item in two weeks though the… I got my item in two weeks though the company promised in 5 days . But the item is a great quality and they provided me free shipping for next 5 orders as compensation.
