Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. Received a damaged product with scratches. Sent a photo of the damages to customer support to get an exchange or refund. Customer service responded with a list of questions including the request of a video of the damaged product. After providing everything they have asked for, they still have yet to accommodate me, with one excuse after another. I will never use this company again.

The delivery was quick and the product is amazing. The delivery was quick, and the backbag is amazing. I can fit all my gear to it including 2 cameras and extra batteries, Drone and it's accessories, a gimbal and other staff that I need foor film making. The backbag feels durable, and with the water resistant hood that is included in the packaging really protect my stuff from water. Highly recommend.
