Unserious company Warning for this company. You pay but dont recieve any goods or even a response from customer service for many years. I backed this company by kickstarter 2021-04-05 and have send many questions where my shoes are since then. In 2024 i was offered store credits since they dont produce the two pair of shoes I ordered anymore. With the credits I could order one pair of shoes with less quality then I ordered and one pen. Not satisfied.

Dissatisfied, but resolved I was very dissatisfied with my shoes: waited 5 months and wasn't happy with the quality. However, Tefors came back to me and really tried to resolve the issue as best as they can and even sent me new shoes to make up for this mistake.

Never received order after paying in full I ordered 2 pairs of shoes through Kickstater in May 2021 I still don't have any product after paying in full. I have been through 3 different customer support people to no avail. Iv had all excuses now, delay with supplier order lost in system, promises shipping tomorrow. Now we are at I received them last year. I received one pair last year about 3 sizes to small and returned them. I have also asked for a refund on occasions this doesn't even get a reply.

We have recieved our amazing bags and… We have recieved our amazing bags and are using them on our long haul trip as our offices. The quality of the leather and all the little details like expanding the back pack , love the internal bags and how they clip in the help keep everything organized.
