WARNING!!!! WARNING! The freight cost to return the bag is $400 from the USA to China! I did not like the bag and requested via email to return it. I learned that I was responsible for the freight cost, which is listed on their website as well. What they do not list on their website is the freight is $400 from the USA back to them in China. I sent them an image of the freight costs and asked for a USA return address. Their response is, sorry. They did offer a possible 50% discount if I completed a survey in 6-12 months.

Beautiful Saffiano Bag I received my Vintage Saffiano full pack. It looks exactly as advertised and the zippers are great. The leather is a little stiff as expected and should soften with use. Attaching the cubes and shoulder pads took some time to figure out but otherwise it was quite intuitive in my opinion. Thanks Tefors for delivering on your promise and hope everyone will be happy with their bags!

I bought an ultimatum mega pack as an… I bought an ultimatum mega pack as an anniversary present for my hubby in december. And he really really loves it 😍- he’s now working from home so he no longer uses it for work, but in pretty much any other scenario (when he goes hiking, in any of our family trips, even when we go out for walks or drinks ) this bag is really useful. After a long time...........i'm glad to have the bag I receive it half 2023 and I'm very glad i bought the bag. It took a long time (more then a year) to wait as an early bird to receive the bag. Its a strong, nice bag and I receive many compliments when I use the bag. Its a helpful item for me to take my material to my job such as an iPad an many other things. Its a nice colour with strong zippers and the total price of the bag with extra little bag inside is cheeper then other bags in my country.

Poor quality bag/ a sale as opposed to support team I was initially very happy with the ultimate bag I purchased, as all the promised functionalities were covered. After a few weeks, both the hook connecting the strap to the bag, and the elasticated strap enabling to attach the bag to a small suit case broke. Later, came the turn of the main zip, rendering the bag unusable. Still under the guarantee period, I contacted the support team which gave me two options but suggested I buy a new bag for only 109€ instead of sending the bag back to Asia and having it repaired which they believed would the most expensive option.
