Poor experience I was told the purse I purchased was not available four days after placing the order. Then I selected a replacement but it has not been sent out yet. Luxy does not have customer service number to call so I sent an email and was advised the warehouse is backed up and they don’t know when it will be shipped. I am very disappointed in my first experience purchasing from Luxy! I wish I had purchased the purse elsewhere.

Bad Customer Service and Poor Product Quality I ordered a crossbody purse from their site that took over a week just to ship. When I received it, the quality of the material initially seemed okay and I liked how it looked but the loop that attached the shoulder strap to the body of the purse broke within 3 uses. I contacted Luxy Moon about either a refund or replacement but because it was over their 14 day return window they said they couldn't do anything about it. I contacted them 17 days after the delivery date, that's only THREE DAYS past their window. They didn't even reply to a second email I sent them. Now I'm out $80 and have a purse I can't even use. Edit: I had wrote a similar review directly on their site along with a picture of the purse and they removed it. DO NOT trust this company or the reviews on their site. They clearly don’t stand by their own product.

Buy it! Is not a scam I was very skeptical at first and thought about purchasing my item at least for 2 weeks… I finally decided to purchase 2 purses from them and trust that the website was not a scam. Well the website is not a scam and the purses are gorgeous. I have gotten soooooo many praises. A lot of people wondering where to buy it from. The shipping was fast and it got here on time.
