It's the LOVE for me!! Honestly, It's the love! Not only did they keep up with the status of my shipment, they also made sure I was notified of each step. The customer service is so personal. They made me feel like I was their only client. When I received my wig. They followed up with me and guys this may not mean much to some but they literally said. Literally the BEST company ever! Literally the BEST company ever!! I’m a VERY brand new wig wearer (got my first one in June) and their wigs are so easy to use. The hair is great (especially their straight and body waves). The lace melts easy for me and the plucking looks really good. The best thing is their customer service! Any problems, questions, or concerns have been answered and resolved in a timely manner, always polite, and makes sure they understand exactly what you’re saying. Again, I bought my first wig in June and it is now September and I own THREE. I’m so happy I accidentally found this brand because I don’t see myself shopping anywhere else for wigs for a very long time. You get a great wig, customer service, and gifts all for very cheap prices — It’s a win!! (Ps. I am not an influencer, affiliate, or do anything related to the company.
