No delivery, refusing to reship I ordered Nov 22, my order never arrived in Mexico. 7 weeks later, I requested my order to be reshipped to a US address. They first agreed, but then cancelled the reshipment because the original order showed a failed delivery. My address was correct and they admitted they were having issues with their shipments to Mexico and no longer offer it. Nothing on the tracking indicates where the package is and they are expecting me to go on a wild goose chase 2 months after purchase? Absolutely horrendous. They could have easily fixed this situation. Now I have to dispute the charge and warn others that they do not care whether you get your order or not. I ordered over $100 worth as they were meant to be Christmas gifts. Overall an extremely disappointing experience and I would never order again. Edit in reply to Pony-o reply: The tracking I was given for the reshipment to the US address still says acceptance pending (as of this moment) and has not updated since jan 8. I have been not been given any new tracking number. I was however told that that reshipment was cancelled because of the delivery attempts in Mexico. The tracking for the Mexico address does NOT says anything about it being available for pickup. Also there is a lobby that receives all packages and always has someone there. Always. So unless you can provide me the address where this package apparently is waiting for pickup, I don't even know where to check.

So excited to receive this product and So excited to receive this product and, whilst it arrived quickly, I am really disappointed with the results. It is difficult to put in, does not hold the hair at all and looks a floppy mess within 5 minutes of just sitting on the couch. No way this would stand up to any gym activity at all. Awaiting a reply from customer services regarding a refund but having seen other people’s reviews on here I am not overly hopeful.

They only work if you are sedentary ! I ordered two of these on the promise that they held hair and didn’t slip out like traditional hair ties. I secured them properly as per the instructions, went for a run twice and they kept sliding out, so had to stop my runs several times to re-do my hair! So annoying! Then, eventually, they were hanging off the ends of my hair and I lost them both - on two separate runs. So, absolutely pointless purchases as they are lying in the gutter somewhere! The product descriptions / selling patter should really state that they hold hair ONLY if you do not move much! These are NOT suitable for exercise!

Mine has fallen in on itself its out of… Mine has fallen in on itself its out of shape only 2 months I have and only used a few times. They told me to. Heat in my hands and run a pencil around the inside to strengthen it but that hasn't done anything, iv paid over 30 euros for this only to use a few times I am really disappointed. Could you maybe send me a new one and I cam send mine back and you can see for yourself what shape its in because I can't do anything with it iv tried with the pencil thing and so has my boyfriend it's fucxed no fixing it. I will mail pictures 📸

Worth the learning curve, watch the tutorials! Very comfortable, doesn’t pull my hair out like a regular hair tie. I use the pony o and bun bar every day and my bun stays in tact all day and looks so full! I will say, there is a learning curve, but pony o has TONS of tutorial videos and resources to make sure their customers are getting the best experience. It took me several tries before I got the hang of it but now I don’t have any issues. I would highly recommend watching their videos, especially if you are having any trouble. They have tons of ideas for styles I never would have thought of - their products are very versatile, you just need to watch the tutorials and practice a little! :)
