Purchased a tent from Miersports - MISTAKE! Purchased a tent from Miersports (1) Shipped wrapped in pastic from a local address in the states, a residence, not a company (2) Damaged goods. Big tear in the stuff sack, which like the tent, made from inferior strength nylon. (3) Filled out the proper return form, exchanged two emails having to explain everything ALTHOUGH the website states 'returns accepted if not satisfied'. (4) Support USA companies like Six Moons. Skip Taco Bell for a couple weeks and you will have the difference to buy a SUPERIOR product (stronger nylon or better / less weight), REAL company with REAL returns and customer support.

The product's material quality was very good and consistent sizing across the three like items that I purchased. I purchased the women's quick dry cargo pants (lightweight hiking pants) in three different colors; size 10. I have been searching for a long time to buy hiking pants that fit nicely and are comfortable...these were definitely what I wanted!! I am 5'-7" tall and weigh 140 pounds with measurements of 33" waist and 39" hips. I have a flat derriere so there was no issue of the pant seat fitting me. The waist fit perfectly, the pant length was perfect and there was no tightness across the backend. I highly recommend!

Terrible Customer Service Terrible Customer Service. I am trying to process a form. Filled out the online form and sent an email and have not received a response. Their phone number on the website is incorrect and there is no one to contact to get this resolved. Unacceptable!
