Ball sits comfortably in its own front pocket, you can carry a change of clothes, shoes, electronics and use the insulated large side pocket for food/drink. There are a lot of handy little pockets throughout. What's more is that you'd think this backpack would be bulky but it's not. There's little difference compared to a medium sized backpack in terms of bulkiness. Very nice!

Shipping and exchange (I had to swap a Small for a Medium) was slow but honest, no bogus restocking charges. However, they wait to receive the return before sending exchange: many retailers send the exchange immediately, with the proviso that if they don't receive the original in good condition, they will charge your card for a second product, which is fair and fast.
