GBRevant's customer service is… Revant's customer service is exceptional. They addressed the problem quickly with courteous service and shipped me new lenses within days. Jessica was extremely professional and resolved my issue, exceeding my expectations. She is a true rock star.

CAOne of the worse companies I've ever… One of the worse companies I've ever delt with. They shipped my package x2 lenses for Oakleys and never received the package after a month so I reached out to consumer service and waited for a response after another 5 days of waiting they said they had lost the package and would reship, they really didn't care and wouldn't even give me a discount or free shipping for the inconveniences and now the package took 8 days just to get to the shipping center. Avoid this company at all costs. ( Just buy new glasses )

GBAnother dissatisfied customer After reading other reviews I’ve had similar negative experiences. Had I ordered the correct lens size, I probably would have been a very satisfied customer, but communication with customer service is poor. Each attempt to talk with customer service takes 2 days to get a response.I felt I had allowed plenty of time to get these before an end of month trip, but sadly not going to happen. I’m going to ask for a refund if this last attempt to reach out to customer service does not resolve my issue.

Not happy
CACustoms charge make it not worth it. I now got hit with the customs charged. Yes it’s in small print but you know in advance you’re shipping international so why not add that in. Totally not worth it anymore for purchases outside of the US itself. I’d return it if I could and not pay that additional charge (close to 30%).
