Great customer service. Good quality product The first package got lost in the mail but the company were happy to send another free of charge and I received it quickly. The lenses are really good. I actually like them better than the original Oakley ones that were in the glasses before. I've seen some bad reviews out there, not sure what that's all about... I would definitely recommend Revant. Their prices are low but the quality is high 👌

Revant's customer service is… Revant's customer service is exceptional. They addressed the problem quickly with courteous service and shipped me new lenses within days. Jessica was extremely professional and resolved my issue, exceeding my expectations. She is a true rock star.

Another dissatisfied customer After reading other reviews I’ve had similar negative experiences. Had I ordered the correct lens size, I probably would have been a very satisfied customer, but communication with customer service is poor. Each attempt to talk with customer service takes 2 days to get a response.I felt I had allowed plenty of time to get these before an end of month trip, but sadly not going to happen. I’m going to ask for a refund if this last attempt to reach out to customer service does not resolve my issue.
