This is not a quilt, and use only on it's own with a sheet on very warm nights, I'm in the UK so we dont get many. Mine is on top of quilt. Bought especially for our caravan, and have had plenty of compliments. Expect to wait some time for delivery, but you are emailed once despatched and can track parcel. Which I found reassuring
