I wouldn’t order again from this company This is a pretty convoluted story so I’ll make it simple. I had ordered a quilt and it was mis delivered by my postman. That was his fault. The story gets crazier. The person it was delivered to to was a neighbor that lives behind me in the next cul de sac. She never Brought it over to me. That’s her fault. The postman contacted her directly to have her put it out so they could pick up and redeliver to me. Well. That didn’t work either. The dippy post person sent it back to vogca instead of delivering it to me. I’ve emailed that compAny numerous times to have them redeliver the darn thing to me. NO response whatsoever! There’s no way of reAching these people. Never again.

Bulk order! I was very pleased with the quality of the clothing that I purchased from Vogca. The materials are soft and the prints are all fantastic quality! I would recommend that when you do make a purchase with this site to pay close attention to sizing of the different styles as it varies greatly but for me this wasnt an issue. I contacted vogca team multiple times after my order was placed to ensure that my items were on there way because for some reason I didn't revieve an email about the shipment of every item but just the majority. The team were very quick to reply to my queries and assured me that the other items were also on the way. I'm from Australia and it took probably close to a month for me to recieve all of my items so if in a hurry I wouldn't use this site if you don't want to pay for the faster shipping that is. Over all highly satisfied with this company and its great service and products.

I placed a quilt order on 8/23 where it… I placed a quilt order on 8/23 where it said it would ship in 1-2 business days. On August 30 I was told it would ship in 3-4 days. On September 4 I was told it was in the warehouse and was waiting "strict inspection" before shipping. Today I received an email that it was out of stock and they were waiting to receive from the supplier and would I accept a $4 refund when I received it. A lot of run around and lies on this item. Not sure I will ever receive at this point. My advice, don't waste your money or energy on this company.

This is a TERRIBLE company This is a TERRIBLE company. I’m pretty sure I’m being scammed. I ordered a Friends quilt, which wasn’t cheap. When it came almost 2 months later, I opened it to the awful stench of fish. Like it was literally packaged in a fish shop. Second, the quality is terrible. It is thin and plastic feeling, not at all what an actual quilt it. I sent the product back, which I had to pay for. Here it is 3 months later. I still haven’t received my refund bc apparently the package still hasn’t arrived. I’ve sent multiple emails to try to speak with someone with no reply. I will NEVER buy from these scammers again and highly recommend you don’t either!!
