Falls off my head and bad customer service This cap does not work for straight hair and the insert makes the cap so heavy that it ends up falling right off your head. If you tilt your head at all it falls completely off because of how heavy it is. I am also disappointed to see that any bad review get responses from the company basically blaming the customer for the issues. They will say that it is user error or that you can change the headband etc. They offer no refunds or returns and they do not seem to be customer friendly. Complete waste of $20.

It’s very flimsy and doesn’t stay on… It’s very flimsy and doesn’t stay on the students head. We couldn’t use it. Wasted our money. Response: we watched the videos and read the instructions. it was inserted properly like the instructions said. it’s just not a one size fits all, if you have a child with a smaller head it doesn’t fit. It’s a good idea and maybe it works for some, just didn’t work for us.

I purchased Grad Cap Remix for my son… I purchased Grad Cap Remix for my son who will be graduating on May 13, 2023!!! He's not a fan of having anything on his head or having his afro messed up. The headband fits comfortably and secure.

Horrible and Expensive Product The product was horrible and expensive! The material was very hard to snap together and very hard to take apart, especially when you have to redo them because no instructions were given out on how to wear them correctly. The cap did not fit right at all and was extremely big! In order for it to fit perfectly on my head, I had to tilt it back. When doing so, there was this huge gap between my head and the bottom half of the cap. The cap was also very insecure! It kept moving around and bobby pins could not hold it down in place! I literally had to hold onto my "grad cap remix" while walking down the stage. Truly a very sad experience for something that was supposed to be a happy and exciting experience. I would not recommend this product to anyone!

Def must have!!! Everyone was jealous!! It came on time and I loved it!!! All my friends were jealous and kept complimenting my cap and hair. I would def get it again!! thanks so much for making a product that allows me to wear my hair naturally curly and still looks good on a very important day!! It was huge stress reliever having it and not having to worry with Bobby pins and glued in headbands!! Thanks again!!!
