GBI purchased TWO sunglasses cases and… I purchased TWO sunglasses cases and only received one. Sent out two emails and never received a response back. Great product but disappointed with the lack of communication.

GBPoor customer service! Poor customer service!! They sent the wrong glasses. We emailed them the day we received the package and didn’t receive a response for 3 days. Their email just told us to use a different email group which we did immediately. We then received another email telling us to send an email to the first email address we already sent a message to. It has now been over two weeks with no response. Very disappointing to say the least!
