GBWorst Customer Service My son really wanted a pair Los Reyes sunglasses for his birthday. The glasses were fairly priced so I ordered them. I received a shipping notice within a couple days with a tracking number. I checking the tracking number for 3 days after I received it and there was no updates. I emailed about the status multiple times and never got a reply. I reached via social media and still no reply. The customer service was awful. I will never order from them again

GBWould’ve been 5 stars but A little better packaging would be nice rather than a bag. The box come a little smashed just glad the glasses weren’t damaged

GBStill have not received our sunglasses after almost 2 weeks now We purchased our 2 pairs of sunglasses on November 21st. As of today, still have not received it. Tried to contact the customer service via email, no response. Very disappointed so far.

GBPoor customer service! Poor customer service!! They sent the wrong glasses. We emailed them the day we received the package and didn’t receive a response for 3 days. Their email just told us to use a different email group which we did immediately. We then received another email telling us to send an email to the first email address we already sent a message to. It has now been over two weeks with no response. Very disappointing to say the least!
