Just An Okay Experience The color of the wig is okay, however it is not as described in photos; it is more a reddish color than brown. Also, it sheds but not to the extreme. The hair is a nice texture and density, very natural looking so I won’t be returning it for the color so that I can avoid any further drama with waiting for another one. The shipping process was extremely distasteful, as if I was their first customer. I did receive correspondence each time I inquired, however the problem was the fact that I had to inquire. Regarding the delayed shipping, I was actually given every excuse possible, even the holidays which should not have been a problem at that time or for a business. Even Trustpilot requested my feed back more than once because I should had received the item but I had not. I finally received it after much delay to the date initially promised. I didn’t ask for anything special, I just wanted the item shipped/received as stated and for it to be as described in the photos and then I would have been fine. I kept my end up when they received the payment at the time the order was placed so I expected them to keep their word also because it’s just about business!

Recent purchase Received my wig and really pleased it’s really good quality, I haven’t installed it yet but hair feels soft, very pleased will buy again.

My 4th Purchase and this is the first disappointment The delivery was fine but the actual product is not. I have ordered three other 18 inch, 150 % density wigs from ULWigs before, and I was always satisfied with the product, but not this time. The length and the density are severely lacking. Something has changed with this company and I'm unsure what it is but I doubt that I'll order from ULWigs again after this. I'm very disappointed.

This company is Horrible This company is Horrible, I place my order November 7,2021 and all I got was my confirmation receipt. I have not received the wig I purchase. I have sent 2 emails and haven’t gotten a response but saw where I receive and email about a review on how the services or product? Damn Horrible and I want my money!! I have NEVER dealt with a company like this before and this is very unacceptable!!

Shipping was SLOW but worth it Shipping was SLOW and was notified AFTER I PAID that my original order for full lace unit was changed to a 360 lacefront and I wasnt happy about that as I prefer Full Lace units however communication was excellent but I wish I could've been notified the actual full lace unit was not available after the system allowed me to choose, place my order and PAY. I received my unit and was satisfied. The hair color was beautiful as described. I will post pics....
