This company is Horrible This company is Horrible, I place my order November 7,2021 and all I got was my confirmation receipt. I have not received the wig I purchase. I have sent 2 emails and haven’t gotten a response but saw where I receive and email about a review on how the services or product? Damn Horrible and I want my money!! I have NEVER dealt with a company like this before and this is very unacceptable!!

Thank you for being Professional First off I want to say this is a real review. I live in Istanbul, Turkey, and because of this I needed to make sure my package was shipped DHL, because FedEx is extremely unreliable and difficult to receive packages as a foreigner here in Turkey, and I didn’t want any problems getting my package. All I can say is UL Wigs came through.Their customer service is excellent. They quickly responded to all of my emails and were very polite. I received my package without issue and have recommended them to all my friends here in Turkey! Thank you UL wigs for being professional and reliable!

Unbridled Jubilation ! Today, my first human hair wig was delivered. I was excited and nervous at the same time. When I opened the box, I tried the wig on I was instantly pleased! In fact, I was jubilated with the appearance as well as the texture of the hair. I must add , this was everything that I had hoped for. In addition, the manufacturer was quite generous with the length… I would approx perhaps by an additional 2 inches. I had a most pleasurable experience and will definitely order again from this company in the future .
