I live in Istanbul, Turkey, and because of this I needed to make sure my package was shipped DHL, because FedEx is extremely unreliable and difficult to receive packages as a foreigner here in Turkey, and I didn’t want any problems getting my package. All I can say is UL Wigs came through.Their customer service is excellent. They quickly responded to all of my emails and were very polite. I received my package without issue and have recommended them to all my friends here in Turkey! Thank you UL wigs for being professional and reliable!

Hit & Miss I bought 2 wigs. The curly wig looks so natural and beautiful. The second wig does not look like the picture. The curl pattern, the color, and density are not the same. With that being said, it is a quality wig. I gave it to a person that can wear and enjoy it. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

This company is Horrible This company is Horrible, I place my order November 7,2021 and all I got was my confirmation receipt. I have not received the wig I purchase. I have sent 2 emails and haven’t gotten a response but saw where I receive and email about a review on how the services or product? Damn Horrible and I want my money!! I have NEVER dealt with a company like this before and this is very unacceptable!!

My 4th Purchase and this is the first disappointment The delivery was fine but the actual product is not. I have ordered three other 18 inch, 150 % density wigs from ULWigs before, and I was always satisfied with the product, but not this time. The length and the density are severely lacking. Something has changed with this company and I'm unsure what it is but I doubt that I'll order from ULWigs again after this. I'm very disappointed.
