The phone case itself is so cute The phone case itself is so cute. I have gotten so many compliments and it’s super durable. Although I did have a bit of trouble with my bling camera cover, Jackelin was super understanding and helpful with getting me a new one due to the product defect. Overall, I definitely recommend the Wildflower cases brand!!

it’s been over a month and still… it’s been over a month and still haven’t received either of my orders (I placed 2 about 10 days apart). Tracking info doesn’t work and the company doesn’t reply on social media or on their email. The live chart is a joke…it’s all automated responses. I feel like I got scammed which sucks because I’ve had wildflower cases before that I purchased from winners and Amazon, but the website itself needs to get it together.

We accidentally ordered the wrong case We accidentally ordered the wrong case. Jackelin was very nice and helpful in getting the information to me for the return. She has always been very prompt in responding to my emails. Jackelin is great and deserves kudos!! Wildflower is a company worth supporting. Thank you, Mary

Great communication, time efficient, and kind! I had a product defect and reached out to wildflower. They got back to me very quickly and immediately helped with a solution. A replacement is already on the way. They were so kind, helpful, and efficient. This experience made me love this company even more than I already do!

Customer Service Lacking These cases are good if you can actually get them delivered to your house. I have been waiting since September (it is now late November) for mine to arrive. I have been emailing customer service to no avail. Very dissapointing customer service. My case is missing in action and they are not willing to assist with a replacmeent or to help me track it down. They ignore emails. Not impressed.
