Although I did have a bit of trouble with my bling camera cover, Jackelin was super understanding and helpful with getting me a new one due to the product defect. I received the wrong item I received the wrong item, so I contacted customer service with all the details and they were very quick to get back to me. They immediately sent me the original case I purchased and provided me with a return shipping label for the wrong item.
