Customer Service Lacking These cases are good if you can actually get them delivered to your house. I have been waiting since September (it is now late November) for mine to arrive. I have been emailing customer service to no avail. Very dissapointing customer service. My case is missing in action and they are not willing to assist with a replacmeent or to help me track it down. They ignore emails. Not impressed.

No news This is my first time purchasing Wildflower cases (healing my inner child). I know I'm all the way across the world, and it might take a while, but I don't mind waiting as long as there is communication. I ordered on Feb 21 and didn't receive any updates. I had to email to get the tracking number and received it through support on Feb 27. However, the tracking information still indicates (as of March 5) that the order has not yet been handed over to DHL. So, I'm unsure if my item hasn't been fulfilled (though it says fulfilled on the website), if it's on the way, or if it's missing. I've been emailing too, but haven't received any response. I received the wrong item I received the wrong item, so I contacted customer service with all the details and they were very quick to get back to me. They immediately sent me the original case I purchased and provided me with a return shipping label for the wrong item. I’ve bought from WF cases for years and I’ve never been disappointed. 10/10 customer service
