They immediately sent me the original case I purchased and provided me with a return shipping label for the wrong item. I’ve bought from WF cases for years and I’ve never been disappointed. 10/10 customer service

Customer Service Lacking These cases are good if you can actually get them delivered to your house. I have been waiting since September (it is now late November) for mine to arrive. I have been emailing customer service to no avail. Very dissapointing customer service. My case is missing in action and they are not willing to assist with a replacmeent or to help me track it down. They ignore emails. Not impressed.

Crappy case Crappy case; crappy return policy; crappy rating from Better Business Bureau (F). DOn;t buy from these people. Cases are way overpriced and poor quality (for protection purposes). Their return policy is 15 days!!!! How will that work during Christmas. And their customer service is totally non-responsive.
