Customer Service Lacking These cases are good if you can actually get them delivered to your house. I have been waiting since September (it is now late November) for mine to arrive. I have been emailing customer service to no avail. Very dissapointing customer service. My case is missing in action and they are not willing to assist with a replacmeent or to help me track it down. They ignore emails. Not impressed.

Don’t buy when you are from Europe Don’t buy when you are from Europe. Placed an order two weeks ago, received a tracking link last week that doesn’t even work. For such an expensive phone case it’s ridiculous. You will probably receive your package earlier when you order a 3 euro phone case from AliExpress.

Absolutely love wildflower cases Absolutely love wildflower cases. Not to mention the fact that the customer services is good as well, had a faulty cause and was given a replacement without hassle. Jackelin who handled the case was absolutely lovely. Would definitely purchase again.

The phone case itself is so cute The phone case itself is so cute. I have gotten so many compliments and it’s super durable. Although I did have a bit of trouble with my bling camera cover, Jackelin was super understanding and helpful with getting me a new one due to the product defect. Overall, I definitely recommend the Wildflower cases brand!!
