AUPoor customer service response Poor customer service responses they literally give you the bare minimum in terms of response. I ordered weeks ago with express shipping and my tracking hasn’t updated since it shipped and they offer very little explanation. I’ve ordered phone cases from them many times before but clearly service has gone down hill. Wouldn’t purchase from them again

AUCustomer Service Lacking These cases are good if you can actually get them delivered to your house. I have been waiting since September (it is now late November) for mine to arrive. I have been emailing customer service to no avail. Very dissapointing customer service. My case is missing in action and they are not willing to assist with a replacmeent or to help me track it down. They ignore emails. Not impressed.

NLDon’t buy when you are from Europe Don’t buy when you are from Europe. Placed an order two weeks ago, received a tracking link last week that doesn’t even work. For such an expensive phone case it’s ridiculous. You will probably receive your package earlier when you order a 3 euro phone case from AliExpress.

KRNo news This is my first time purchasing Wildflower cases (healing my inner child). I know I'm all the way across the world, and it might take a while, but I don't mind waiting as long as there is communication. I ordered on Feb 21 and didn't receive any updates. I had to email to get the tracking number and received it through support on Feb 27. However, the tracking information still indicates (as of March 5) that the order has not yet been handed over to DHL. So, I'm unsure if my item hasn't been fulfilled (though it says fulfilled on the website), if it's on the way, or if it's missing. I've been emailing too, but haven't received any response. GBThe phone case itself is so cute The phone case itself is so cute. I have gotten so many compliments and it’s super durable. Although I did have a bit of trouble with my bling camera cover, Jackelin was super understanding and helpful with getting me a new one due to the product defect. Overall, I definitely recommend the Wildflower cases brand!!
