DEWorst customer service ever The WF emblem of my phone case came off so I reached out to customer service to get the case replaced. They have a policy that you get a new phone case should smth like the WF emblem falling off happen within the first 6 months since receiving it. I was within that time frame but the answer I got from them was "your case exceeds the 6 months, there’s nothing we can do.". After that I send a follow up email with proof that the shipping notification email was send out less than 6 months ago meaning the delivery date was even later and I got ignored. I then send ANOTHER email which also got ignored. To this day I have not received an answer to the several complaints I’ve made. This is scammer behavior on their part. Never again!

AUCustomer Service Lacking These cases are good if you can actually get them delivered to your house. I have been waiting since September (it is now late November) for mine to arrive. I have been emailing customer service to no avail. Very dissapointing customer service. My case is missing in action and they are not willing to assist with a replacmeent or to help me track it down. They ignore emails. Not impressed.

RSResolved problem I used to order cases from a wildflower for a long time almost 5 years. Please, don’t buy from them! This is the last time that I ordered from their website. I placed an order 20 days ago and my package is stuck somewhere and I am not able to find any information. I reached out to them thousands times, call them on the phone. They gave me always the same answers: sorry for delay etc. They said that they shipped package by priority but what kind of priority is this? To wait for a package more than 20 days. This is unprofessional and ridiculous. Especially when you pay for a case 37 dollars and for shipping 20 dollars and more. Don’t buy from them you don’t need this stress. And this is their reply as you can see down below. We do our best bla bla. No, you don’t. You should send me a package via DHL not any other cheap courier that is why I am waiting for package this long. I hope you gonna understand one day how is it important to treat you customer right! And how much money we spend on your cases and shipping! And you giving us basic response as usual that is not your fault! It is your fault!!!! You are choosing how you gonna send these packages not me! After all this mess Jackeline from support sent me another package! Thank you! This is how you supposed to handle these kind of situations! NLDon’t buy when you are from Europe Don’t buy when you are from Europe. Placed an order two weeks ago, received a tracking link last week that doesn’t even work. For such an expensive phone case it’s ridiculous. You will probably receive your package earlier when you order a 3 euro phone case from AliExpress.
