Crappy case Crappy case; crappy return policy; crappy rating from Better Business Bureau (F). DOn;t buy from these people. Cases are way overpriced and poor quality (for protection purposes). Their return policy is 15 days!!!! How will that work during Christmas. And their customer service is totally non-responsive.

No news This is my first time purchasing Wildflower cases (healing my inner child). I know I'm all the way across the world, and it might take a while, but I don't mind waiting as long as there is communication. I ordered on Feb 21 and didn't receive any updates. I had to email to get the tracking number and received it through support on Feb 27. However, the tracking information still indicates (as of March 5) that the order has not yet been handed over to DHL. So, I'm unsure if my item hasn't been fulfilled (though it says fulfilled on the website), if it's on the way, or if it's missing. I've been emailing too, but haven't received any response. Please don't fail me. -Order #2470005

I received the wrong item I received the wrong item, so I contacted customer service with all the details and they were very quick to get back to me. They immediately sent me the original case I purchased and provided me with a return shipping label for the wrong item. I’ve bought from WF cases for years and I’ve never been disappointed. 10/10 customer service

it’s been over a month and still… it’s been over a month and still haven’t received either of my orders (I placed 2 about 10 days apart). Tracking info doesn’t work and the company doesn’t reply on social media or on their email. The live chart is a joke…it’s all automated responses. I feel like I got scammed which sucks because I’ve had wildflower cases before that I purchased from winners and Amazon, but the website itself needs to get it together.
