They immediately sent me the original case I purchased and provided me with a return shipping label for the wrong item. The phone case itself is so cute The phone case itself is so cute. I have gotten so many compliments and it’s super durable. Although I did have a bit of trouble with my bling camera cover, Jackelin was super understanding and helpful with getting me a new one due to the product defect.
