DEWorst customer service ever The WF emblem of my phone case came off so I reached out to customer service to get the case replaced. They have a policy that you get a new phone case should smth like the WF emblem falling off happen within the first 6 months since receiving it. I was within that time frame but the answer I got from them was "your case exceeds the 6 months, there’s nothing we can do.". After that I send a follow up email with proof that the shipping notification email was send out less than 6 months ago meaning the delivery date was even later and I got ignored. I then send ANOTHER email which also got ignored. To this day I have not received an answer to the several complaints I’ve made. This is scammer behavior on their part. Never again!

CAit’s been over a month and still… it’s been over a month and still haven’t received either of my orders (I placed 2 about 10 days apart). Tracking info doesn’t work and the company doesn’t reply on social media or on their email. The live chart is a joke…it’s all automated responses. I feel like I got scammed which sucks because I’ve had wildflower cases before that I purchased from winners and Amazon, but the website itself needs to get it together.

AUCustomer Service Lacking These cases are good if you can actually get them delivered to your house. I have been waiting since September (it is now late November) for mine to arrive. I have been emailing customer service to no avail. Very dissapointing customer service. My case is missing in action and they are not willing to assist with a replacmeent or to help me track it down. They ignore emails. Not impressed.

KRNo news This is my first time purchasing Wildflower cases (healing my inner child). I know I'm all the way across the world, and it might take a while, but I don't mind waiting as long as there is communication. I ordered on Feb 21 and didn't receive any updates. I had to email to get the tracking number and received it through support on Feb 27. However, the tracking information still indicates (as of March 5) that the order has not yet been handed over to DHL. So, I'm unsure if my item hasn't been fulfilled (though it says fulfilled on the website), if it's on the way, or if it's missing. I've been emailing too, but haven't received any response. Please don't fail me. -Order #2470005
