CAit’s been over a month and still… it’s been over a month and still haven’t received either of my orders (I placed 2 about 10 days apart). Tracking info doesn’t work and the company doesn’t reply on social media or on their email. The live chart is a joke…it’s all automated responses. I feel like I got scammed which sucks because I’ve had wildflower cases before that I purchased from winners and Amazon, but the website itself needs to get it together.

AUPoor customer service response Poor customer service responses they literally give you the bare minimum in terms of response. I ordered weeks ago with express shipping and my tracking hasn’t updated since it shipped and they offer very little explanation. I’ve ordered phone cases from them many times before but clearly service has gone down hill. Wouldn’t purchase from them again

CAI received the wrong item I received the wrong item, so I contacted customer service with all the details and they were very quick to get back to me. They immediately sent me the original case I purchased and provided me with a return shipping label for the wrong item. I’ve bought from WF cases for years and I’ve never been disappointed. 10/10 customer service

RSResolved problem I used to order cases from a wildflower for a long time almost 5 years. Please, don’t buy from them! This is the last time that I ordered from their website. I placed an order 20 days ago and my package is stuck somewhere and I am not able to find any information. I reached out to them thousands times, call them on the phone. They gave me always the same answers: sorry for delay etc. They said that they shipped package by priority but what kind of priority is this? To wait for a package more than 20 days. This is unprofessional and ridiculous. Especially when you pay for a case 37 dollars and for shipping 20 dollars and more. Don’t buy from them you don’t need this stress. And this is their reply as you can see down below. We do our best bla bla. No, you don’t. You should send me a package via DHL not any other cheap courier that is why I am waiting for package this long. I hope you gonna understand one day how is it important to treat you customer right! And how much money we spend on your cases and shipping! And you giving us basic response as usual that is not your fault! It is your fault!!!! You are choosing how you gonna send these packages not me! After all this mess Jackeline from support sent me another package! Thank you! This is how you supposed to handle these kind of situations! Have a nice day!
