Poor customer service response Poor customer service responses they literally give you the bare minimum in terms of response. I ordered weeks ago with express shipping and my tracking hasn’t updated since it shipped and they offer very little explanation. I’ve ordered phone cases from them many times before but clearly service has gone down hill. Wouldn’t purchase from them again

They immediately sent me the original case I purchased and provided me with a return shipping label for the wrong item.
