ILNo real warranty if you outside service center countries So, before about 7 years bought their luggage with No Matter What Lifetime warranty - in Israel. Israeli dealer provides only limited warranty, so in case of serious issue you have to send it to the service center. I sent it to the Germany service center, what costed me 50 euro. And they didn't took it because Germany customs asked them to pay. And they suggested me to pay to customs. Of course I didn't want and the luggage is sent back to me. The level of the service is "total loss". And I paid for their luggage x4 than other brands because of the special warranty.

GBAwful logistics and operations 5 days in today since I passed my order and item has still not shipped out. They create a UPS label and let your shipment rot in their warehouse. Then nothing happens. Don't trust them, their operations and logistics are NOT reliable.

GBEagle Creek Cargo Hauler 130 Eagle Creek claim that this bag is reinforced at the weakest points so you don't have to worry whilst travelling. On my VERY FIRST trip abroad I was dismayed to see that 2 holes had appeared in the bottom of the bag. I had dropped off my bag at check in and on arrival at the hotel saw the holes in the bottom. On closer inspection it was obvious that the fabric used was thin and flimsy and any scuffs would quickly wear a hole in the material. So I raise the issue with Eagle Creek under the 'No Matter What' warranty. The bag was shipped by me (another £10 wasted) to the repair centre. Nearly 4 months later I am still waiting for a successful resolution from Eagle Creek. A shoddy product that is not up to the job as advertised and a shoddy (non-existent) level of customer service. Don't waste your money on a bag that can't take the rigours of normal travel and don't expect Eagle Creek to honour their commitments specified on the website.

GBJust bought a wheeled backpack and it… Just bought a wheeled backpack and it is pricey £270 but seems sturdy. I’ll be using it for my 12 months round the world trip so let’s see if the marketing claims are met. Also, it’s a shame bags don’t come with waterproof coating on all backpacks

GBId like to start off by saying if your… Id like to start off by saying if your a frequent traveler there is a good chance the warrenty will not work for you due to the long time lines for repairs and still needing to have luggage. We bought eagle creek specifically for what we though was the quality and good warrenty, read the fine print on turnaround times and read recent reviews on reddit of peoples warrenty experience. This is my 2nd eagle creek bag to have wheels fail after relatively minimal use, wheel quality seems similar to any other 80$ luggage from Walmart. I travel around the world so am rarely in one spot. Eagle creeks had no solution for our 2 failed bags other then to send them from Portugal to Germany and wait 8 weeks. This didn't work for us because we wouldn't be in Portugal beyond that point. They said they could try and expedite our repairs in Germany to get them back to us before we leave again but we're unwilling to make any guarantees on that likly leaving us on the hook to purchase new luggage. Needless to say the warrenty is no more useful than anyone else's if you actually travel frequently and they will not work with you in a pinch. After multiple attempts at a solution they refused to make any promises or guarantees of getting our stuff back in time. So many other brands to choose from, don't be fooled by the warrenty gimmick. I've had cheap luggage last longer.
