I have shopped at GV for years … I have shopped at GV for years (previously under timdougill@hotmailcom) - first time I've purchased in a while and was a tad gutted to notice a mark on the lense, it is noticeable but not hugely. Would have been good for the sunnies to have been checked before sending. Not a massive issue, just a bit annoying! Thanks

Annabelle is a gem. Ordered six frames from them. Love them but unfortunately one was damaged. I contacted Annabelle who got back to me in just a few hours and told me that I could not only have a replacement frame but an additional frame for our troubles. Shipping was fast, she was very prompt and polite. Would definitely recommend to others.

However I might still shop with giant vintage in the future but be a bit more careful about the types of sunnies, I feel a cobain would be safer. Thanks anyway, I chucked your sticker up on my mirror it's cool I like stickers.

I ordered another one and they broke within a week! and they won’t respond to me or take any customer reviews into consideration. also you can’t even leave a review. when commenting on their instagram for my troubles they simply delete my comments. please save your money and buy actual real quality vintage glasses.

Great customer service! I love a company that actually responds and tries to help. I received an order that was slightly damaged and I reached out and they were so helpful and send a new pair. They really do try so much to make their customers happy. I love the sunglasses I bought!
