Do GiantVintage really exist?ordered sunglasses on 18th June 2020… I ordered sunglasses on 18th June 2020 and tracked the package. As of August 5th 2020 they still have not arrived at my address in Scotland. They were tracked to Heathrow Airport twice, have been returned to the States yet again and GiantVintage says it’s not their problem...Royal Mail UK just tell me the package has left the uk???? - it. never seems to get past Heathrow... No trackable address forGiantVintage or a contactable phone number and they didn’t respond to my emails for ages! Do they really exist? D.Taylor

I was sent a slightly different pair … I was sent a slightly different pair than what I thought I was ordering. It was similar enough to the pair I saw online that I didn't notice at first but after comparing the pics online to the pair I received, I could tell they were definitely a bit differently shaped. I emailed customer service and was told that there was a mistake and they were actually out of the ones I saw online.

However I might still shop with giant vintage in the future but be a bit more careful about the types of sunnies, I feel a cobain would be safer. Thanks anyway, I chucked your sticker up on my mirror it's cool I like stickers.

The process was seamless and the … The process was seamless and the vintage sunglasses were delivered in a timely fashion. However, the the sunglass photos displayed dark black lenses -yet the product actually has much lighter lense. Very disappointed!

Great customer service! I love a company that actually responds and tries to help. I received an order that was slightly damaged and I reached out and they were so helpful and send a new pair. They really do try so much to make their customers happy. I love the sunglasses I bought!
