THEY TRY TO STRONG ARM YOU TO KEEP THE PRODUCT EVEN IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE!

GBHair quality is great Hair quality is great. I received a lovely lob. I will say my four star review was not posted. The only negatives were that the wig was an A-line bob (this was not mentioned and the photo was of a different piece) and that the knots were visible. These were not deal breakers and I would still purchase again, but I was disappointed that my review was not shared.

GBBuyer beware, you will not get your money back despite the return policy on the website. I made a purchase online from Gorgious wigs using PayPal. Seller sent an item different from what was pictured and described. Different style, cheap quality. Per the sellers and PayPal policy a full refund is due to the buyer. PayPal and seller refuse to uphold this policy. PayPal and the seller have failed to acknowledge photographic evidence provided by the buyer. Instead they have held the buyer at fault for the return shipping costs. Only after making a claim with PayPal did i learn that company is in China. Thus return shipping would cost more than the cost of the item. PayPal is supporting this well executed scheme as they profit from a portion of the transaction. PayPal is willingly participating in the scamming of US customers for profit. The “ Buyer Protection “ policy is a front to ensure US customers of some sort of protection or safety from scams. I request a full refund of my purchase from the seller/PayPal. PayPal is liable as they are falsely advertising buyer protection and refund on purchases, which is not the case. They prefer that the sellers continue to scam customers so that they (PayPal) can also gain a profit. This issue will be escalated to congress and the fair trade commission.

CAA terrible experience to say the least A terrible experience to say the least. Bought a wig and paid through monthly payment instalments and was told to pay an additional $35 for DHL shipping. Returned the package and STILL waiting 3+ weeks for my money to be returned to me. They keep blaming the shipping company despite the package coming to me in less than 2 weeks. Crooks and thieves, watch out for your money.
