A terrible experience to say the least A terrible experience to say the least. Bought a wig and paid through monthly payment instalments and was told to pay an additional $35 for DHL shipping. Returned the package and STILL waiting 3+ weeks for my money to be returned to me. They keep blaming the shipping company despite the package coming to me in less than 2 weeks. Crooks and thieves, watch out for your money.

I emailed them to return and have been getting the run around they will not send me the address to send back the wig. they keep trying to offer me discounts and telling me to keep the wig it has been a week now and they ignore me and will not answer the question that I am asking which is "what is the return address" i have never had any issues with returning anything with any company before I will never order from this company again
