A terrible experience to say the least A terrible experience to say the least. Bought a wig and paid through monthly payment instalments and was told to pay an additional $35 for DHL shipping. Returned the package and STILL waiting 3+ weeks for my money to be returned to me. They keep blaming the shipping company despite the package coming to me in less than 2 weeks. Crooks and thieves, watch out for your money.

Do not order a wig from this company I… Do not order a wig from this company I ordered a wig and received it within 3 days the wig was very cheap. I emailed them to return and have been getting the run around they will not send me the address to send back the wig. they keep trying to offer me discounts and telling me to keep the wig it has been a week now and they ignore me and will not answer the question that I am asking which is "what is the return address" i have never had any issues with returning anything with any company before I will never order from this company again

Hair quality is great Hair quality is great. I received a lovely lob. I will say my four star review was not posted. The only negatives were that the wig was an A-line bob (this was not mentioned and the photo was of a different piece) and that the knots were visible. These were not deal breakers and I would still purchase again, but I was disappointed that my review was not shared.
