Ordered shoes-3 weeks, nothing Ordered shoes on Feb 13. It's March 2 and not a peep from company. Ordered for my daughter's birthday this week. Website says awaiting shipment. Link to shoes I ordered is gone. Replies to other reviews says to contact via WhatsApp- I tried but cannot find them as a contact? I want my shoes or my money back...

Scam website. Placed an order and it’s yet to be shipped that was over three weeks ago. Attempted to reach out via customer service and got ghosted. Beware it’s a scam.

Cute boots, terrible customer service Cute boots but terrible customer service. You have to email in order to initiate a return and I have emailed 3 times over 2 weeks and heard nothing back. I need to return them and get a nice size I’m time for an event coming up. Very frustrating.
