Ordered a customized necklace over a… Ordered a customized necklace over a month ago and I messaged them through IG they told me it was custom order and it can take up 4 weeks. On 5 weeks now and messaged them again and they state they have supply chain issues and that became a problem the last few weeks mind you the communication was a week a part. Now its 2 different stories. They offered me gift card $ 25.

Buyer beware!! Buyer beware!!! My custom order was 3 weeks late ( 8 weeks in total ) so I choose to cancel it. They ran sales the whole time - how are you running sales + trying to get more orders when you can’t catch up on the ones you’ve received? Bad business practices. They also erased my comments on Instagram + tiktok asking for help when they ignored my emails.

This company should be reported to… This company should be reported to trading standards. They are an absolute joke. Atrocious sarcastic customer service . Necklace not delivered and can imagine it will be tat when it arrives after looking at the other reviews. So disappointing. My daughter is so upset that her Christmas present won’t arrive in time. This company should be closed down . DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM

Amazing company! Truly one of my favorite jewelry companies. Every single thing I have ordered from there I have been obsessed with. So trendy, so fun, and always get compliments every time I wear anything from Frasier. Reasonably priced and shipping comes so fast. 10/10 would recommend every time, and great for gifts!!!!

Don’t Waste your time, money or energy on a company that can’t deliver! I purchased a custom necklace for my daughter late November, but prior to Thanksgiving. While I understand that it’s “custom” it is now basically February and I still don’t have the item I paid for. It’s always “Angel, I’m sorry. Give it more time.” How does no one not know where the item is. Did it even get produced? It’s not like it was shipped to me and possibly lost by the carrier. No, this is solely on the company. My pre-teen daughter has more faith than myself in the company and thinks “they’ll make it right.” They attempted to have a new one made and shipped. However, that deadline has also come and gone. While they are offering to cancel and refund my money, it’s so much more than that. It’s a terrible way to conduct business. As a business, one should have a way to know where every item is until it has been released to the carrier. Why can’t someone place a wish order directly? Why can’t someone call anyone who know more than their customer service representatives. Who by the way only respond via email. Don’t call me Angel, call my by name. And do better as a whole.
