GBGood Company I've ordered from Frasier Sterling a few times. All of the accessories and jewelry on their website are accurately pictured. I'll definitely continue ordering from this company, but I have 2 notes to add: 1) shipping takes a while, especially if it's a custom order; and 2) sometimes, the clasps on necklaces, bracelets, etc., do noticeably tarnish. However, Frasier Sterling does state on their website that shipping can take quite some time, and that all of their jewelry should be kept away from water -- so they do warn you about these things.

GBDelayed shipping but product eventually arrived. UPDATED: My order did eventually arrive after 4 weeks. I'm changing the rating to 3 stars because (a) the experience could have been so much better and (b) the product looks great on the website but is only okay in person. ORIGINAL FROM TWO WEEKS AGO: Do not buy from this website. Listen to all the other 1-star reviews. I placed an order three weeks ago. The necklace is still not shipped even though the order confirmation email stated 3-5 days for shipping. After contacting customer service multiple times, I finally received a reply. They said it will take them another 1-2 weeks to figure out shipping for a total of at least 5 weeks to process the order. The item has since become sold out on their website. I do not anticipate receiving the item based on what the previous reviewers have experienced.

VIBuyer beware!! Buyer beware!!! My custom order was 3 weeks late ( 8 weeks in total ) so I choose to cancel it. They ran sales the whole time - how are you running sales + trying to get more orders when you can’t catch up on the ones you’ve received? Bad business practices. They also erased my comments on Instagram + tiktok asking for help when they ignored my emails.

GBDon’t Waste your time, money or energy on a company that can’t deliver! I purchased a custom necklace for my daughter late November, but prior to Thanksgiving. While I understand that it’s “custom” it is now basically February and I still don’t have the item I paid for. It’s always “Angel, I’m sorry. Give it more time.” How does no one not know where the item is. Did it even get produced? It’s not like it was shipped to me and possibly lost by the carrier. No, this is solely on the company. My pre-teen daughter has more faith than myself in the company and thinks “they’ll make it right.” They attempted to have a new one made and shipped. However, that deadline has also come and gone. While they are offering to cancel and refund my money, it’s so much more than that. It’s a terrible way to conduct business. As a business, one should have a way to know where every item is until it has been released to the carrier. Why can’t someone place a wish order directly? Why can’t someone call anyone who know more than their customer service representatives. Who by the way only respond via email. Don’t call me Angel, call my by name. And do better as a whole.

GBAmazing experience with Frasier Sterling Have had amazing experience ordering frasier sterling products. The jewelry is just as it looks in photos, fits perfect and quality is amazing for the price! The sweat suits are 10/10, fit is perfect, quality is better than $250 sweats from other brands and love the prints. Customer service is quick to respond if needed and haven’t had any issues!
