GBThis company is bogus This company is bogus. I started ordering from them this past summer, my first order was fine, but it went downhill from that point. It takes MONTHS for them to ship out orders. And now with my most recent order, apparently shipping was discontinued for a week or two, so when I check back in a few weeks later, shipping has discontinued AGAIN- for another bogus reason. They're a terrible company.

GBAmazing company! Truly one of my favorite jewelry companies. Every single thing I have ordered from there I have been obsessed with. So trendy, so fun, and always get compliments every time I wear anything from Frasier. Reasonably priced and shipping comes so fast. 10/10 would recommend every time, and great for gifts!!!!

GBThe reason I’m giving this company one… The reason I’m giving this company one star is because they consistently (according to me and everyone else) do not ship their items in a timely manner. I don’t know why, I don’t care why. If you send a confirmation email telling the consumer your item will ship in 3-5 business days, it should, and reviewing the evidence, they are feeding you BS. Get your stuff together.

GBUntimely manner, “policy” is bull Cheap quality jewelry that you could get from Shein and save your money. All reviews and complaints are replied to MONTHS later and copy and pasting the same response to everyone. Not to mention the only good reviews are all posted on the same singular day…obviously the company trying to cover it up instead of owning up to mistakes. The company “claimed” the page on July 19, only ONE good review before then, the rest are all posted on THE SAME DAYS, how dumb can you be? Bad customer service, bad quality, why would you ever shop here?

GBDon’t Waste your time, money or energy on a company that can’t deliver! I purchased a custom necklace for my daughter late November, but prior to Thanksgiving. While I understand that it’s “custom” it is now basically February and I still don’t have the item I paid for. It’s always “Angel, I’m sorry. Give it more time.” How does no one not know where the item is. Did it even get produced? It’s not like it was shipped to me and possibly lost by the carrier. No, this is solely on the company. My pre-teen daughter has more faith than myself in the company and thinks “they’ll make it right.” They attempted to have a new one made and shipped. However, that deadline has also come and gone. While they are offering to cancel and refund my money, it’s so much more than that. It’s a terrible way to conduct business. As a business, one should have a way to know where every item is until it has been released to the carrier. Why can’t someone place a wish order directly? Why can’t someone call anyone who know more than their customer service representatives. Who by the way only respond via email. Don’t call me Angel, call my by name. And do better as a whole.
