Buyer beware!! Buyer beware!!! My custom order was 3 weeks late ( 8 weeks in total ) so I choose to cancel it. They ran sales the whole time - how are you running sales + trying to get more orders when you can’t catch up on the ones you’ve received? Bad business practices. They also erased my comments on Instagram + tiktok asking for help when they ignored my emails.

My FAVORITE jewelry brand ever! My FAVORITE jewelry brand ever! I’ve been shopping at Frasier Sterling since 2018 and I’ve loved every single piece I’ve bought. They are such great quality too, my pieces look just as good as when I first purchased them! They’re customer service is great too, they’ve always been super helpful whenever I needed assistance tracking a package or other inquiries!

Completely worth the wait I ordered a custom piece and another item back in August with no urgency as to when I received them. I contacted customer service in the beginning of October (because it was past thr 4-5 week wait) and they provided an update with tracking info within a few hours. Despite the long wait, the quality of the items surpassed my expectations, honestly. They're well made and look exactly as what's posted on the website. Will make purchases from them again.

Untimely manner, “policy” is bull Cheap quality jewelry that you could get from Shein and save your money. All reviews and complaints are replied to MONTHS later and copy and pasting the same response to everyone. Not to mention the only good reviews are all posted on the same singular day…obviously the company trying to cover it up instead of owning up to mistakes. The company “claimed” the page on July 19, only ONE good review before then, the rest are all posted on THE SAME DAYS, how dumb can you be? Bad customer service, bad quality, why would you ever shop here?

I accidentally made an order… I accidentally made an order a few days ago. Initially, I struggled to contact them, but once I reached out via Instagram, they happily and understandingly cancelled my order. I received my refund within a day and a half (given the US and UK differences I was pretty impressed!). I was hesitant as to what their customer service would be like after reading some comments on here. I can honestly say I was pleased with how quickly they helped me out. I would definitely use in the future.
