GBLower Quality Comparable process to all the other styling subscriptions. I would just say the quality of the clothing is closer to Target/Macy's than what I would like. Maybe ok for an 'introductory' styling subscription.

GBI always really enjoyed getting a box… I always really enjoyed getting a box from Stitch Fix and seeing what was selected for me! But the past year or more I’ve been horribly disappointed. I’ve been sent items I already disliked and returned, sent things I specifically asked not to, etc. I take the time to give feedback on every item, update my profile, rate things, etc only to be send generic nonsense that isn’t at all what I wanted and sometimes is literally what I have mailed back and said i did not want! Nothing about it feels personal or fun any more. If you want a box of random clothes sent to your house this is the service for you. If you actually want personalized clothing that takes in to account your feedback and input steer clear because they don’t try at all.

GBSo many issues So many issues, where to begin. My first fix did not have a working tracking number, but said my order was delivered. It was not. I contacted the shipping company, who claimed it was delivered. It was! To the wrong apartment. They refused to issue a refund so I just went on a mission to go find the apartment they delivered to and recover it myself. When I received my fix, items were overpriced for the quality. Because of the shipping issue, they extended my return time but did not say until when. They reached out by email saying I was going to be charged for a late return. When I responded directly to that email, they asked for a multitude of information because the email I replied from was not what they had on file. What?? YOU emailed me first! Insane. So I return my returns and there’s no way on the app to track whether they received them. They email me again saying final notice and they’re going to charge me. I email them asking whether they received it because I had sent it days prior. Finally they email saying they got it and it was a mistake. I received and returned my second fix with no issues, other than once again overpriced, low quality items. Then, I get an email saying an item from my first order was not returned, and if I don’t return it I will be charged. I sent the item back with all the others, so there’s no way to prove I don’t still have it. As soon as I get this last situation resolved I’m cancelling my membership. I’ve never had this bad of an experience with a company ever.

GBDo not trust this company Do not trust this company. I had a Stitchfix subscription and Stitchfix went bankrupt in the UK. Apparently they then sold all my data to Outfittery without my knowledge. This new company sent me a box, which I was not aware of because the building has a separate post room, and charged me £500! What a complete scam. I want my money back.

GBHad Stitch Fix for 6 years and used to… Had Stitch Fix for 6 years and used to love it, but in recent years it became clear they’re relying more and more on the algorithm (being sent the same item multiple times, getting previews for things I specifically said I did not want, etc). Clothes also became so generic and I’d see the same things everywhere I went. Between how blah and frustrating the fixes became and all the reports about how badly their employees are treated, and how many more options there are now I cancelled my account. I’d way rather spend my money elsewhere.
