GBI didn't receive items I ordered an item on Nov. 8th and today is Nov. 15 I didn't get delivered and anything still. I just got a confirmation email for my order, and now they are sending me a message about how's my experience. Where is my eyeglass? And when are you going to send it to me? FRVery disappointed Very disappointed. After paying 38$ in shipment, I had to pay 20$ extra for import taxes, with no notice in advance. I tried to get an explanations by email but no one is responding. Please refund me the 20$!
