GBI'm very satisfied with this purchase I'm very satisfied with this purchase. The mini drone is great for kids. It is very easy to learn. My kid just followed the user manual and got the hang of it in 3-4 minutes. He never had a drone before and now he loves flying it and can even do flips in any direction. The girls are excited watching him flying the drone. It flies just like a little bird in the air and can hover itself when you don't give any commands, and it can land itself when you press the landing key on the remote.

CADisappointed in service and no accuracy of expected arrival I ordered a drone on May 12 and I had to email them asking where my tracking number was over 2 weeks after I ordered it. On the website it says it’ll arrive/ship within 7-14 business days, the tracking number they finally gave me has been stuck on “electronic information submitted by shipper” for a week. It has almost been a month, and it has yet to be shipped out. The replies I have been getting are very unprofessional, with them saying “I am sorry”, blaming it on the coronavirus but specifically on their website it says they are shipping normally during the pandemic which is obviously a lie. I have asked for an expected delivery time during the pandemic, as this is a gift I have ordered. The reply I got was “ hi the package have arrive your local , you will received soon, my friend” which doesn’t even make sense as nothing has been updated on my tracking number. Not even sure what to do at this point, I am worried I will not get the item on time and I am disappointed with the service. I would recommend not to order from this website, as it is a headache.

GBAre you going to risk shopping at Mislead Deals Mislead Deals LeaDeals.com UK site Although LeaDeals shows a business address in Ipswich Suffolk UK, they are a seller based in China. I haven’t had any luck contacting LeaDeals at the UK address they have on the website, so is it the same in all the other countries LeaDeals claim to have a business premises? When the website shows the drone you would like, priced in £ sterling in my case and claims that it is in stock don’t be fooled like I was, it wasn’t in the UK it was in fact in China. Nothing I can find on the LeaDeals website tells the customer that they are a Chinese seller and the drones are going to be shipped to the customer direct from China. That maybe ok if the drone arrives in perfect working order, but your rather stuck if there is a problem when it arrives as the Terms and Conditions say that all shipping charges are the customers responsibility if returning an item. Sending your purchase back to China does cost much more than sending it within the UK and the issue would take far longer to be resolved. Compared to eBay & Amazon that have the drone I wanted being sold by sellers based in China, including shipping LeaDeals was about £80 sterling more expensive. Thinking I was buying from a seller based in the UK I was prepared to pay a premium. Finding out that LeaDeals were not what they appeared to be, before they shipped the drone I told them my order was cancelled. LeaDeals shipped it any way and I refused the delivery and sent LeaDeals the return to sender tracking info. I have requested the refund from PayPal, but find that LeaDeals are dragging their feet, even sending to PayPal tracking information, showing they dispatched the drone to me, but that was 3 days after I had sent to them the tracking information showing the parcel had been returned to sender. If you want to by a drone, go to an ebay seller with good feed back and order it from China direct. The drone I ordered, didn’t accept and returned to sender was £321.57 sterling from LeaDeals the same one from ebay is $259.99 US including shipping. You do take a chance ordering direct from China, so that’s why I shopped from what I believed was a UK company, only to find I had been misled. LeaDeals are misleading customers and the service they are providing me is very poor. Shop elsewhere if you want to order yourself a drone.

GBBye drone I got this drone from Lea Deals in time. However as soon as I tried to charge the main batteries I found out that the charging cable was faulty. I contacted the Customer service and was advised to make a video to support my claim. I recorded a video showing the the remote control charger when plugged in a USB port lit red and was charging fine. Then in video I showed that after plugging in the main charger cable into the same port the light did not come on and the battery was not charging. I sent the video and after a long wait I sent a message again and got a friendly response from a guy who I found out later was not even familiar with the manual was giving me false instruction. Luckily I got a message from his s supervisor Kevin who was spot on with everything. He apologised for the negligence of his staff and arranged shipping a cable which reached me quickly and was charging well. I flew drone 3 times. First and second time I tested the return home button making videos etc and was very happy with it. The third time I launched the drone and suddenly it went up without my command and started flying away from me. I pushed the home button but there was no response. I switched off the remote control unit and the app and the drone did not return back either. It was flying quickly away and I lost sight of it. I waited for 20 min and hoped when the battery goes low the drone should return to the launch pad. Alas, it was gone forever. I dumped the bag with everything in it in a rubbish bin and felt huge relief as I suffered so much with this cable thing wasting my time on trying to sort it out. I lost 200 quids but I leaned my bitter lesson once again. Pay more and you get peace of mind which is worth thinking of when making decision. Of course I read massive number of positive reviewsabout this drone before buying it. They were all positive. I feel a bit uncomfortable adding mine which will go in contrast with the flow of the lucky ones. I do hope that the company will read this review and will take it in consideration to increase the quality of the product and especially customer service.

GBLeaDeals -- should you?? I'm not sure how to contact Leadeals. I recently ordered a done from them but my account doesn't show the order even though I got an email saying the order is there how do I contact them? Update: December 23rd @ 02:29 I received the following response: service@leadeals> wrote: "hi DHL have pick up your package, we will update the tracking number to you later, please dont worry". This seems to to be a little bit unprofessional and an inferior way to do business. Sounds a little Shoddy, a little shady. Update 12-25-2019 @ 14:15 CDT I cannot post a picture of the waybill, it says the order is on hold in Hong Kong. Update: 12-31-2019@ 09:44 DHL refused the shipment in Hong Kong because of improper documentation, according to DHL. I have sent the company a couple of emails with no response. As it stands now I would not use this company again. Update:1-9-2020 They re ship the item on the 8th from Hong Kong, it arrived in Dallas today January 9th at 9:01 a.m.. I expect delivery today sometime. More details as I get them thanks for listening.
