please get back to me I emailed them a bunch of times and got no response I ordered my costume earlier purposely for this exact reason. It’s coming off like a scam website. Can’t track my order can’t get in contact with anybody. got one email from a fake name “George” telling me my billing address was wrong I sent the write one immediately and got no response. Love the products Shipping Too Must Love the products. Delivered quickly however they give you a discount on product advertise free shipping on sale items if purchase over a certain amount amount but by the time you i purchase 100 to 200 dollar in merchandise with sales items i then can’t use free shipping off merchandise over 50 dollars. They then charge me half my savings for the shipping charges. Not sure I’m really getting a good deal. I have made 3 purchases from here and think its time to take my business elsewhere. Spending $500 should get me free shipping not an addition $100+ in shipping cost.

No responses! No help! I’ve sent them email, and they sent an automatic response email saying something about their warehouse is moving and also called these ppl a million times no response. I am going do a dispute with my bank especially after reading these reviews and not getting any responses back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. There’s a reason for these sale prices.
