Great place n good discounts slow confirmation on package Great place n good discounts, but they are slow on sending tracking info. And i also paid for priority shipping for halloween so I hope it makes it in time frfr. They suck at communicating and getting tracking numbers out

Half order arrived Today, 12/8 I finally received the clothing items but I am still missing the shoes. The clothing is beautiful but I really need the rest of my order. Maybe plan more ahead if you want to order something for a special occasion and I really think the company should send email updates without us having to reach out to them. It would be better if their website stated shoes will be sent separately or that they are a specialty item and take longer or whatever we the case is.

Order did not ship for 16 days... Placed an order on Monday, October 4, 2021. Today is Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Still have not received notification that the order has shipped. Order #112584933. Update: I disputed the charge with my credit card company on October 25, 2021, and a few hours later AmiClubwear sent me a USPS tracking number. Coincidence? May 2022 edit: I did receive my order weeks afterward. I had to include this because the company believes the facts above include "content which goes against Trustpilot's guidelines." I'm simply telling exactly what happened.

Terrible company! Terrible company!! I placed a huge order and when my shipment arrived( took longer than a month) it was half of the items. I emailed the company about it and they said it was all shipped together. I disputed with my bank and the end result was that there was nothing I can do. Lost $200. Never purchasing from this company ever again.
