Delayed shipping Would like to give a good review but despite placing order on July 9th still have not received item’s as of July 19th despite being asked to review twice. Tracking says items have not even shipped!

Ordered September 19 Ordered September 19 Today is October 9 Never received my order # 112581761 Called several times . No answer Emailed several times no answer . Spent more than a hundred dollars . I’m about to head out to the warehouse to get what I paid for. Worst clothing company experience. Not even a foreign company would treat me like this. Scum business taking peoples money .

I love the selection and have a friend… I love the selection and have a friend who sent me here, so I knew they were legit. However, after I ordered, for some reason I cannot sign into my account. It told me my password was wrong so I attempted to reset it. After trying twice, I did not get a reset email. Also, when I did try to sign in and it rejected my information, it kept taking me to a blank white page that just says forbidden. I just want to be able to access the site to check on my order and order more stuff? Can you help me figure out this issue?

Love the products Shipping Too Must Love the products. Delivered quickly however they give you a discount on product advertise free shipping on sale items if purchase over a certain amount amount but by the time you i purchase 100 to 200 dollar in merchandise with sales items i then can’t use free shipping off merchandise over 50 dollars. They then charge me half my savings for the shipping charges. Not sure I’m really getting a good deal. I have made 3 purchases from here and think its time to take my business elsewhere. Spending $500 should get me free shipping not an addition $100+ in shipping cost.

Getting very worried about my order as… Getting very worried about my order as the website states it takes 2 days to process but it’s been over a week and I’ve still not received shipping confirmation. Also tried to email a few times and no one gets back to me. Hoping it comes in time for Halloween but I have a feeling I won’t, I spent a lot of money on shipping too.
