GBMisleading advertising and NO customer service. I ordered a pair of glasses from SpecsTime and I was charged shipping even though the website clearly states free shipping on orders over $99. I have called, texted and emailed multiple times over the last few weeks and I have yet to receive a response. I would not choose to do business with SpecsTime in the future.

GBCompletely Unacceptable Customer service This company should not be trusted nor should you give them your business. After attempting to return a pair of sunglasses that I received as a gift I received no response from the seller. After a month of phone calls and emails attempting to make the return/exchange someone finally responded. They were very rude and accused me of trying to cheat them. I have never felt so disrespected by a business in my life. Do yourself a favor and do not give your business to this company.

GBvery disappointed I bought 3 sunglasses, 2 sunglasses shipped as I expected, quality is good... However...I was placing my order on 06/04/2014 and I still waiting for my third frame to come. They said 14 days back order so I wait, and nothing came. So I contact costumer service and they got no clue which frame they didn't send me. I told them which frame I'm waiting for and again they told me to wait. So I asked them a refund... Before you purchase anything from this site make sure they have it on stock.

GBNon existant customer service I ordered a pair of Oakley glasses and after nearly 3 weeks, the order status on their website still states 'pending' or 'processing' depending on where you look and I have not received my glasses. I have tried emailing, texting and phoning multiple times with only one response of "Let me check on that for you' from '[name]'. I have also left multiple messages on their Facebook page which they keep deleting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON SPECSTIME!!

GBAwful!! I reiterate what everyone else has said. Transaction took weeks to post. I couldn't get ahold of anyone to cancel. Sent them several emails and never received a response. I ultimately disputed the charge with Amex. Terrible, terrible company.
