GBDisappointed Disappointed. I ordered a purse earlier in 2019 and I loved it, is was the perfect size, color & quality. I had my beautiful purse stolen in Chicago and reordered a replacement December 1 and received it December 31 and it was the wrong color, too large and the quality was as good. I also ordered a wallet to match my tan toned purse; however, it is red toned. I would like to send it back for at least an exchange but don’t believe I can send it back to China.

GBI have not received my order as of yet I have not received my order as of yet, nor have I been notified when I can expect it. The tracking app & tracking # show my order had been in Fremont, CA since the day I placed the order. I sent an email several days ago asking for information as to its status, but have not received a reply.

GBDO NOT SHOP HERE ordered almost a month ago, takes your money immediately, not when shipped. No tracking, no phone number - DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

GBMoney taken ~ no bags delivered I have two bags ordered on August 13 The money for bags was immediately deducted from my account when I placed my order. I have not received either bag. There is nothing showing when I try to track the order. I sent a inquiry through the ‘shop’ app asking for a status update and did not receive a response.

GBBeautiful Beautiful, well made purse. This is my second one from Dolorey. The compliments just roll in. Delivery was in a reasonable time frame and communication on progress was good. Don't hesitate on this one.
