The tracking app & tracking # show my order had been in Fremont, CA since the day I placed the order. I sent an email several days ago asking for information as to its status, but have not received a reply.

Nice Quality I bought the small Genuine Leather Embossing Totem Elegant Handbag. The size is perfect, not small at all. Many friends were curious as to where it shipped from and how long it would take since there are so many companies from Asia flooding the market. Well, it shipped from California, and it took 5 days, including a weekend. The leather is firm, not supple, just like it looks and I am totally okay with this. It's very well made and very classy looking. They have a great rewards program, and I look forward to buying more soon!

Disappointed Disappointed. I ordered a purse earlier in 2019 and I loved it, is was the perfect size, color & quality. I had my beautiful purse stolen in Chicago and reordered a replacement December 1 and received it December 31 and it was the wrong color, too large and the quality was as good. I also ordered a wallet to match my tan toned purse; however, it is red toned. I would like to send it back for at least an exchange but don’t believe I can send it back to China.
