DO NOT FALL FOR THE TIKTOK I was stupid enough to not trust the reviews on this one🙃 spent a lot of money on the site, got a shipping confirmation mail three weeks ago but when I follow the link the postal is still expecting the package. I sent an email to them, and they responded to the first one, but when I sent my order number they stopped responding. I have tried to send two other email, and they haven’t responded to them either. I will probably never get the package…

Order didn’t turn up Ordered 12th December, apparently was shipped Royal Mail 24 hour tracked. Never turned up. They said they would resend, by 17th January still nothing. Ended up requesting refund.

20+ days and no sign of my order I placed an order on 30th September, I then received an email from Ajouter on 10th October where they said they had had an influx of orders and to bear with them, then on 12th October they emailed to say my order had been despatched and would be with me soon. It is now 21st October and the order has not arrived. They are also not replying to emails. I do not recommend this company especially if you are buying a gift and/or it is time sensitive.

I also wrote on Instagram, but I saw that they did not respond... not there either. But then where do they answer? the explanation is that it's a small business...that's no reason, you have to pay attention to it awkwardly, after so many bad reviews.
