ITScam! I was too contacted by two different profiles on LinkedIn to attend a star conference in Rome. Both profiles didn’t seem to belong to a real person. The description of the conference did not make sense, nor does their website. They immediately ask you to pay a fee. It’s a scam!

INAbout my experience Star Conferences is totally a staggering gathering coordinator. ITGood Best" is a bit woolly for Star Conference but I'll have a stab at it from my perspective. It was about breast cancer; or some particular variant of breast cancer, in which case how you define "best" might vary on your interests. A rare disease however might only have one international meeting a year to which everybody comes. so long as it is somewhere you can learn and network, I will give a 5 star. It was a worthy experience and will look for more such events to attend in future.
