GBHello Hello, I was invited to Speak at one of their conferences in Paris. They chased and chased and chased me to register and make the payment. My life circumstances changed and I was unable to make it. I notified them over 3 months prior to the program dates and requested a refund. As should be the professional thing to do. I have yet to receive a refund let alone a response. They have pretty much ghosted me. January 5th, 2023: Update - as you can see below, they responded to my review and asked that I email them. Which I did right away, and again no response. January 8th, 2023: Update - Please note that I have sent multiple emails to said email address. If you are truly committed to correcting this, please resolve it. Otherwise please stop wasting my time any further.
