GBCustomer service needs a serious overhaul I'm experiencing the same issue as the reviewer directly below-I can't get a response from anyone! I ordered two pairs of glasses (one for myself and one as a gift) back in November 2018. A few weeks into wearing my new glasses, the pin holding the lens into the frame in my pair popped out. It's been well over two weeks and I still have no reply from anyone at the company after multiple emails looking for an update on a replacement pair I was informed would be sent to me over a month ago. Going dark is not good business...

GBReceived a free gift card from the … Received a free gift card from the company and decided to just purchase on of their bamboo cases. Case was a little loose but I'll make it work for the purpose I bought it for. Would love to purchase some glasses in the future.

GBThe glasses were exactly as ordered The glasses were exactly as ordered. Very helpful customer service, my package wasn't delivered when it was supposed to be but they resolved it right away and were very friendly. Will definitely purchase again.

GBI appreciated the discounts offered I appreciated the discounts offered, but the USPS did not deliver the glasses I purchased to my mailbox, but apparently placed them in one of my neighbors mailboxes. No product can be rated if you don’t receive them.
