DO NOT BUY A WIG FROM WIG… DO NOT BUY A WIG FROM WIG ENCOUNTERS!!!! DON’T DO IT! I brought my first wig from there after seeing a YouTuber whose opinion I respected rant and rave about how great it was. When the wig game , it was not at ALL what I ordered. The only way to contact anyone that I found, is through email and no one has responded. Save your money!!!

THEY SCAM PEOPLE THEY SCAM PEOPLE! and they dont care! I cancelled my Order and they said it would be refunded, But they lie and I haven’t gotten my money so I’be paid 407,9USD for nothing its absolutely heartbreaking

Well I’m trying to write at least one… Well I’m trying to write at least one thing positive . I believe the hair quality is good. Here is the thing, the moment I opened the package up until finish installing the hair on my head it took me hours because when they bleach the knot it bleeds thru and the root of the hair above 2 inches was completely blond . I’ve never seen such thing in wig experience. Very unprofessional. I had to dye the hair black. The hair shades until now. I’ve No idea how they have got all the good reviews. All I know is The hair they sent me is waste. I had to bring it to live. Why would I pay over $239 (it’s on sale) and spend all day fixing their mistake? I’m very very very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I will give this company -F I will give this company -F, ZERO STARS! It is 2021 and Wig Encounters just reminded me that scammers exist. I received a wig that was dry, shorter than advertised that you cannot even style, and cannot fit on my head... The cap is too small. Contacted the company through email ( Catherine). She basically replied " 3 customers last week returned items and it got lost, damaged or destroyed at customs, so I advise not to return and I'll refund you $20" I literally paid $100 for a wig I cannot even wear. I could have just went to my local beauty supply store and got a $20 wig that look 10xs better than that sh* they just sent me. By the way, you youtube INFLUENCERS, stop advertising their company. They send you guys one thing but send actually customers who spends hundreds of dollars TRASH! It's a Scam SCAM Scam, and a lesson learned. Never Again.

Okey literally it has been a month Okey literally it has been a month, I didn’t get the hair because “the shipper asked for the item back” I contacted them multiple times they replied for the first once but when it came to this issues and me asking to process a refund or to get the hair back they completely ignored it. Literally SCAMMERS. I am not gonna stop emailing them or going on social media until I get my money back.
