I am so sad to report that this is my… I am so sad to report that this is my first time being scammed by an online store, and for $340!! I ordered an HD Lace Wig on 07/27 and have yet to see it or hear back from Catherine who emailed me right after I placed the order to confirm my shipping address? This was alarming because my order confirmation includes my mailing address, etc and I paid via PayPal. Today is 08/16 and I don’t think I’ll ever see the wig or my money. This all came from a great review given by AlliyahsFace on YouTube. I should have researched the company first.

Biggest scam I bought a wig after seeing a YouTube review. The wig took over three months to get to the UK. And when I tracked it , it said out for delivery but never came to my address. Royal mail stated the person was not at the address stated therefore returned it back to sender. The agents tried to send a message to indicate the fight address but to no avail. I wrote to Catherine who kept directing me back to royal mail. I have asked for a refund or a wig posted to the right address but no replies. They are scamners I can see the pattern in other reviews. Please don't waste your money.

I will give this company -F I will give this company -F, ZERO STARS! It is 2021 and Wig Encounters just reminded me that scammers exist. I received a wig that was dry, shorter than advertised that you cannot even style, and cannot fit on my head... The cap is too small. Contacted the company through email ( Catherine). She basically replied " 3 customers last week returned items and it got lost, damaged or destroyed at customs, so I advise not to return and I'll refund you $20" I literally paid $100 for a wig I cannot even wear. I could have just went to my local beauty supply store and got a $20 wig that look 10xs better than that sh* they just sent me. By the way, you youtube INFLUENCERS, stop advertising their company. They send you guys one thing but send actually customers who spends hundreds of dollars TRASH! It's a Scam SCAM Scam, and a lesson learned. Never Again.

Don't Order from here! Please, don’t order from this company. It’s the absolute worst. They have scammed youtubers into making videos on product they do not have in stock. They also ship their products via Boat. I’ve been waiting for my hair since I ordered July 28, 2020. Still have not received a tracking link. The communication is nice, I thought, but they are trained to prolong and scam. Catherine. Don’t order from this company. Look at the reviews online!

The wig that I purchased is absolutely… The wig that I purchased is absolutely gorgeous. It was my first time with a lace front wig that I fully install myself. Wigencounters made it absolutely so simple with my purchase. The wig was pre-plucked, 150% density, 18 inches...it was absolutely gorgeous. Everyone told me it was fabulous.
