the customer service is costly. a size the Web site said could accommodate did not...pressed down on the bridge of my nose; showed the lenses beneath the lower end of the fitovers.facing shipping & $ I would tell a friend that when fitovers.facing fit properly, they are great. I would also tell a friend that when you order directly from the website, if anything is wrong with the fitovers, you not only face return postage but a restocking fee. Would ask my friend if that is fair and if they want to deal with the company that directly markets fitovers?

Didn't fit I sized my normal glasses and ordered Fitovers to fit. Unfortunately, they didn't fit. They didn't fit over my glasses enough to reach my forehead letting sunlight it. I am sending them back. Other than that, delivery was prompt.

Do NOT recommend. Horrible experience. Okay, so I purchased three sunglasses in 2020. First off, the pictures of the glasses on the website are deceiving. They are much darker in real life-can’t see the design at all. So on my order I received a 10% discount on my entire order. When I received the three glasses, there was one pair I really didn’t like. I decided to return those ones. I had paid $39.95 (+10%discount) for this pair. It took months to receive my refund and I had to remind them multiple times. Then they only refunded $17 to my account. I called and they said I only paid $19.95 for these glasses. I had proof that I paid the $39.95. So they conveniently changed my receipt on their end to reflect that I paid less than what I actually had. I had to fight and send photos to show that I paid $39.95. Next, they tried to apply my entire 10% discount I received on my order specifically to this pair of glasses. So I would lose that discount on the other two pairs I purchased as well. I had to fight to get the correct amount of money back for the pair I returned. Absolutely ridiculous! Horrible customer service! Oh, and these glasses scratch very easily or if you drop them, the lenses fall out easily. I won’t be purchasing from this company again. Horrible experience.

Very elegant shades Breakable not heavy duty

Huge Price Increase ! Fitovers are great for people who wear glasses, I use them for fishing, hunting, driving and sports. They used to be economical but have more than doubled in price, UGH ! I will not buy this brand again.
