GBDisappointed I ordered a Bosca wallet. A few days later I received an email saying that it was not available. It infuriates me that the site has it and will let you purchase it when it's not available. I was extremely disappointed.

GBpoor quality item, not as pictured on website Let me start by saying that the ordering process was smooth and my order arrived quickly and undamaged. I was less impressed however with the quality of the product. I ordered a leather laptop messenger-style men's bag. Online it looked like an oiled brown leather with warm reddish undertones and a heavy-duty shoulder strap. At $115 I thought I was getting a bargain. Unfortunately when I opened the box and looked at that bag, I felt I had been robbed. The "distressed" leather was more like suede, cheap low-quality suede at that. The color was flat muddy brown and the strap was elastic with leather sewn on top. I have to think that the image used on the site was Photoshopped because there is no way that bag ever looked so nice. I promptly returned the item, but haven't received a refund yet, so I can't attest to how smoothly the returns process will go. I was very dissapointed.

GBPoor followup I ordered a rolling backpack in a certain color and 3 days later when i had heard nothing from Suitcase.com i emailed asking for follow up only to be told at that time the item was no longer availablein the color i had ordered. My money was taken right away upon order, and i wonder how long this would have gone had i not asked for information? The order was placed on 12/04 and ten days later i still do not have the item.

GBI wouldn't have bought if I understood the item wasn't actually in stock I ordered the item with expedited shipping for an upcoming trip. Turns out the item wasn't in stock. Communication was minimal (I had to call after it should have been delivered to see what was up). Still don't know when my new suitcase will arrive.

GBVery poor customer service. I placed an order of products that were stated "in stock" on the website, then was sent an email a couple of days later saying that I was refunded and that my order was cancelled. I followed up with customer service and have yet to hear back from anyone. These were purchased for a Bridal Shower and I am very upset that I now am left without a gift that I had removed off her registry.
