Buy directly from manufacturer I had purchased one of the highest priced carry-on suitcases. It is a Samsonite and weighs less than 5 pounds. Because is only has one "post" that pulls up or down, it is not ideal to support a laptop on the top, while pulling it along. The laptop swivels around. The very first time we used the suitcase, the clip that is on the pullout handle, broke off. I have called and left several messages for the owner. They have been ignored. However, when I was wanting to purchase the item, he was beyond friendly and oh-so helpful. I would highly recommend not buying a single item from this business. Not worth the fact that you will have non-existent customer service if you have any problems.

really really long delivery time! I ordered a carry-on suitcase for a trip two full weeks in advance and still did not receive it in time for my trip. The product to one week just to ship and over a week to get to me. Customer service was useless and had no information for me regarding when to expect delivery of my item. I got this email for a survey and I hadn't even received my product. Overall bad experience. Never again. Lesson learned. I will be returning this product whenever it finally gets here

Very poor customer service. I placed an order of products that were stated "in stock" on the website, then was sent an email a couple of days later saying that I was refunded and that my order was cancelled. I followed up with customer service and have yet to hear back from anyone. These were purchased for a Bridal Shower and I am very upset that I now am left without a gift that I had removed off her registry.

I still haven't received my case as a result of some restructuring! As of yet i havent received my case. Apparently there is some redistribution problems so my experience has been a poor one currently. At least i was given the option to cancel my order if i wanted to so hence the 2 stars rather than 1.

Recieved partial order and no communication Two of 3 items arrived in good time. I used the Live Chat function to inquire about the third item and was told it was on the way. It has been 12 days and I still havnt recieved the item or recieved any communication. I ordered on 12/11, it is now 12/23 hope I get it tomorrow as it is a Christmas gift.
