Poor followup I ordered a rolling backpack in a certain color and 3 days later when i had heard nothing from Suitcase.com i emailed asking for follow up only to be told at that time the item was no longer availablein the color i had ordered. My money was taken right away upon order, and i wonder how long this would have gone had i not asked for information? The order was placed on 12/04 and ten days later i still do not have the item.

Cancelled my order I purchased a suitcase after extensive research. Later that day, it was cancelled due to 3-4 week backlog. Why couldn't I been given the option of waiting? Why didn't they know when I booked it - the cancellation was 2 hours later (I deleted all the competitor offers and sites so I have to start all over)?

Buy directly from manufacturer I had purchased one of the highest priced carry-on suitcases. It is a Samsonite and weighs less than 5 pounds. Because is only has one "post" that pulls up or down, it is not ideal to support a laptop on the top, while pulling it along. The laptop swivels around. The very first time we used the suitcase, the clip that is on the pullout handle, broke off. I have called and left several messages for the owner. They have been ignored. However, when I was wanting to purchase the item, he was beyond friendly and oh-so helpful. I would highly recommend not buying a single item from this business. Not worth the fact that you will have non-existent customer service if you have any problems.

poor quality item, not as pictured on website Let me start by saying that the ordering process was smooth and my order arrived quickly and undamaged. I was less impressed however with the quality of the product. I ordered a leather laptop messenger-style men's bag. Online it looked like an oiled brown leather with warm reddish undertones and a heavy-duty shoulder strap. At $115 I thought I was getting a bargain. Unfortunately when I opened the box and looked at that bag, I felt I had been robbed. The "distressed" leather was more like suede, cheap low-quality suede at that. The color was flat muddy brown and the strap was elastic with leather sewn on top. I have to think that the image used on the site was Photoshopped because there is no way that bag ever looked so nice. I promptly returned the item, but haven't received a refund yet, so I can't attest to how smoothly the returns process will go. I was very dissapointed.

Disappointed I ordered a Bosca wallet. A few days later I received an email saying that it was not available. It infuriates me that the site has it and will let you purchase it when it's not available. I was extremely disappointed.
