Zero Communication Placed an order 9 days ago...still haven't received any sort of communication, can't even get to website now "service is down" apparently...they sure took my $600.

Very poor customer service. I placed an order of products that were stated "in stock" on the website, then was sent an email a couple of days later saying that I was refunded and that my order was cancelled. I followed up with customer service and have yet to hear back from anyone. These were purchased for a Bridal Shower and I am very upset that I now am left without a gift that I had removed off her registry.

really really long delivery time! I ordered a carry-on suitcase for a trip two full weeks in advance and still did not receive it in time for my trip. The product to one week just to ship and over a week to get to me. Customer service was useless and had no information for me regarding when to expect delivery of my item. I got this email for a survey and I hadn't even received my product. Overall bad experience. Never again. Lesson learned. I will be returning this product whenever it finally gets here

Packaged damaged with worst customer service. Sent an email saying package is bent. No response. When I emailed asking where is shipment, I got a response saying they'll get with warehouse and a bunch of "!" Showing irritation I'm asking since I never got a confirmation it was sent for over a week

company sucks Everything I ordered was out of stock and 8th took the 2 days to tell me that. That is the website even said the items were in stock. Customer service was friendly and did offer the refund. This company does not keep it own inventory. They Just take orders and another company ships.
