I still haven't received my case as a result of some restructuring! As of yet i havent received my case. Apparently there is some redistribution problems so my experience has been a poor one currently. At least i was given the option to cancel my order if i wanted to so hence the 2 stars rather than 1.

Cancelled my order I purchased a suitcase after extensive research. Later that day, it was cancelled due to 3-4 week backlog. Why couldn't I been given the option of waiting? Why didn't they know when I booked it - the cancellation was 2 hours later (I deleted all the competitor offers and sites so I have to start all over)?

Poor followup I ordered a rolling backpack in a certain color and 3 days later when i had heard nothing from Suitcase.com i emailed asking for follow up only to be told at that time the item was no longer availablein the color i had ordered. My money was taken right away upon order, and i wonder how long this would have gone had i not asked for information? The order was placed on 12/04 and ten days later i still do not have the item.

Packaged damaged with worst customer service. Sent an email saying package is bent. No response. When I emailed asking where is shipment, I got a response saying they'll get with warehouse and a bunch of "!" Showing irritation I'm asking since I never got a confirmation it was sent for over a week

Sold an item they did not have I ordered a piece of luggage from them that they indicated "In Stock". After a few days of no message regarding shipping, I called. They said that they had the item and it would ship "today or tomorrow". I waited. I called again the next day. Same story. I waited and still no shipping notice. I called again and was told the item would be in at the end of the week and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Finally, someone called me and said the item was backordered by the manufacturer and it would not be in for three weeks. The order was cancelled and they refunded my money. However, I had to an extra $20 to get the item from another vendor. Great prices, but they don't deliver and do deceive.
