USPoor followup I ordered a rolling backpack in a certain color and 3 days later when i had heard nothing from Suitcase.com i emailed asking for follow up only to be told at that time the item was no longer availablein the color i had ordered. My money was taken right away upon order, and i wonder how long this would have gone had i not asked for information? The order was placed on 12/04 and ten days later i still do not have the item.

USPackaged damaged with worst customer service. Sent an email saying package is bent. No response. When I emailed asking where is shipment, I got a response saying they'll get with warehouse and a bunch of "!" Showing irritation I'm asking since I never got a confirmation it was sent for over a week

CAreally really long delivery time! I ordered a carry-on suitcase for a trip two full weeks in advance and still did not receive it in time for my trip. The product to one week just to ship and over a week to get to me. Customer service was useless and had no information for me regarding when to expect delivery of my item. I got this email for a survey and I hadn't even received my product. Overall bad experience. Never again. Lesson learned. I will be returning this product whenever it finally gets here

USSold an item they did not have I ordered a piece of luggage from them that they indicated "In Stock". After a few days of no message regarding shipping, I called. They said that they had the item and it would ship "today or tomorrow". I waited. I called again the next day. Same story. I waited and still no shipping notice. I called again and was told the item would be in at the end of the week and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Finally, someone called me and said the item was backordered by the manufacturer and it would not be in for three weeks. The order was cancelled and they refunded my money. However, I had to an extra $20 to get the item from another vendor. Great prices, but they don't deliver and do deceive.

GBI still haven't received my case as a result of some restructuring! As of yet i havent received my case. Apparently there is some redistribution problems so my experience has been a poor one currently. At least i was given the option to cancel my order if i wanted to so hence the 2 stars rather than 1.
