GBSold an item they did not have I ordered a piece of luggage from them that they indicated "In Stock". After a few days of no message regarding shipping, I called. They said that they had the item and it would ship "today or tomorrow". I waited. I called again the next day. Same story. I waited and still no shipping notice. I called again and was told the item would be in at the end of the week and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Finally, someone called me and said the item was backordered by the manufacturer and it would not be in for three weeks. The order was cancelled and they refunded my money. However, I had to an extra $20 to get the item from another vendor. Great prices, but they don't deliver and do deceive.

AUTerrible When ordering my product their website said it was in stock. After purchasing, I received an email apologising as there was a back order of 3 to 4 weeks. I sent another email to which I received no reply. After 4 weeks with no response and no product, I rang to check the status of my order. They had cancelled my order. I could've bought the same product elsewhere for the same price had I known.

GBCancelled my order I purchased a suitcase after extensive research. Later that day, it was cancelled due to 3-4 week backlog. Why couldn't I been given the option of waiting? Why didn't they know when I booked it - the cancellation was 2 hours later (I deleted all the competitor offers and sites so I have to start all over)?

GBI still haven't received my case as a result of some restructuring! As of yet i havent received my case. Apparently there is some redistribution problems so my experience has been a poor one currently. At least i was given the option to cancel my order if i wanted to so hence the 2 stars rather than 1.

GBReceived wrong item, terrible customer service!! Received wrong item, wrong size. Followed procedure to receive return label, they requested photo, sent photo, no reply. Contacted them several times about labels, they would not respond until I said I would take this to next level. Finally responded to tell me they can offer me only half of what I paid for item. Do not patronize with these folk, you will regret it. If there was an option to give a '0' star for my experience with them, that's what I would do. Stay away from Suitscase, no matter what their cute photos of their product looks like.
