Do not buy from this store This has been the worst shopping experience of my life. I still have not recieved my item even though I bought it 14 days ago with 2 day shipping. I would highly recommend you do not use this site. There customer service is terrible I cannot even speak with anyone about this.

Poor Communication When I placed the order, I did not receive an order confirmation email. I waited several days and still received nothing. I finally called the customer service number and no one answered. I had to leave a message. Several days later I received a callback from a nice gentleman, telling me that the item is out of stock. He told me they are cancelling the order. If and when the item is again available, they will send me an email telling me to order it again. That is fine, but it was like pulling teeth to get that information. Frankly I was afraid the web site was a scam and I had given my credit card information to an identity theft operation. I guess that is not the case, but their communication is very, very poor.

Cancelled my order I purchased a suitcase after extensive research. Later that day, it was cancelled due to 3-4 week backlog. Why couldn't I been given the option of waiting? Why didn't they know when I booked it - the cancellation was 2 hours later (I deleted all the competitor offers and sites so I have to start all over)?

Inaccurate description on sizes RE: Shipment #100036606 for Order #100042009 Ricardo Beverly Hills Roxbury 2.0 19" Soft Face EZ Access Mobile Office Color: Brushed Silver I bought this carry-on piece expecting that it will be acceptable by all airlines. Was about to use it for the first time traveling to Australia and New Zealand next month. After checking with the airlines I found out that this carry-on piece exceeds their size requirements, and hence, cannot be able to use it. It is total disappointment.

Disappointed I ordered a Bosca wallet. A few days later I received an email saying that it was not available. It infuriates me that the site has it and will let you purchase it when it's not available. I was extremely disappointed.
