Delivery time took awhile Delivery time took awhile, though the delivery charge wasn't overly expensive. Compared my clothing sizes to their charts, and ordered 10+ clothing items. Most items didn't fit, sized very poorly. I purposely ordered a size larger due to the fact that I read that they run small, and yet things that were tagged as XL fit to be a small/medium. The accessories were child-sized. The vast majority of items didn't even appear to look like the items on the website, made extremely cheaply. I wouldn't recommend anyone spend any money on this website unless you're the size of a child.

The worst store ever The worst store ever! I made my purchase on November 08 and I didn’t receive anything! I sent an email and 2 days after they answer me with deadlines that had already passed.. When I tried cancel my purchase, they said the product was shipped on October 22.. How that's possible if I made my purchase on NOVEMBER 08??? Total disregard and disrespect for the client!!

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE WITH WORST… WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE WITH WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR. It's been a month from today, I was placing online order, but there was some technical error in the website because of which it was not picking up the right shipping address that I was trying to put, on the contrary it was picking up another shipping address from my previous purchase. Tried 10 times, finally the right shipping address was uploaded. But when I paid the money (90 NZD) and got the invoice in email, it was again showing the wrong shipping address. I emailed the customer service several times with my correct shipping addressand finally got a reply on the 5th day. The person replying wrote to me that they have changed my shipping address to the correct one and the item will be shipped soon. After 2 days I again got an email that the items have been shipped. But guess what? Upon tracking the item I see that its been again shipped to the wrong address, even after these tools confirmed that the shipping address has been changed to the right one and will be shipped out to the right address. After that I again emailed them to tell them that even after confirming that they have changed my shipping address, they have again parceled my order to the wrong address. It's been 15 days now that I have been emailing them to report this. But I have got not even a single reply from them. They should either resend the parcel or refund my money, but they just choose not to reply to the emails at all. Worst experience ever. Do not shop from here ever.

Order the eyelashes on july 29th … Order the eyelashes on july 29th received a tracking number however unable to get into the web site to track the order. Requested a refund and they told me they couldn't because the item shipped. It's August 28 and still haven't received anything. Don't buy anything from them...

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. This is not a clothing company it is a complete scam. DO NOT order clothes from here! They are not to standard size, they are made with very thin fabric that easily comes apart, and all over their website says you can easily return anything - that is the biggest lie of all. This company operates out of somewhere in China and magically doesn't receive your returned packages. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
