GB!!!BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! !!!BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! Never been so disappointed with an order. Clothes look nothing like photos. Materials absolute cheap rubbish. Zips don't work. Sizing way out. One was miles too big and other miles too small. Still waiting on third item. Order placed end of October. No invoice or details of how to return in parcel but from what I've since read this is not worth the trouble. I'm annoyed at myself for not reading reviews first but a lesson learned. Hope this stops someone else making the same mistake.

GBCheap clothes-but NO RETURNS- its a Con clothes generally completely different to the photos... but a few dresses OK..... BUT like many others- YOU CANNOT RETURN ITEMS AND GET A REFUND- despite me using tracked return etc.... they just write silly emails back promising to refund but don't..... so as well as 3 dresses being no good- lost a further £17 in postage.... aaaarrrrhhhhhh

AUNOT IMPRESSED! I ordered a dress late October 2017. It is now mid-December 2017 and the dress still hasn't arrived. The tracking number given to me does not work so I can't even check the progress of my package. When I contacted Choies, I received no email confirmation back or explanation as to the whereabouts of my product. Now reading the other reviews I am regretting ever purchasing an item through this company. I want my money back. I will definitely be reporting the company and telling everyone I know to never EVER buy through Choies, Scammers.

GBSCAM !!!!! SCAM !!!!! please do not shop here. I ordered my dress on Feb 21 and up to today Apr 5, 2018, I haven't yet received my dress. I checked my "order history" online to see if I could find any shipping information but the status kept saying "in processing". I tried to contact the website for the tracking number but no one seems available to answer your question. Finally, after almost 2 months I have to call my bank to "dispute" this transaction. Horrible shopping website ever. Please DO NOT dare to try this website.

NZWORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE WITH WORST… WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE WITH WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR. It's been a month from today, I was placing online order, but there was some technical error in the website because of which it was not picking up the right shipping address that I was trying to put, on the contrary it was picking up another shipping address from my previous purchase. Tried 10 times, finally the right shipping address was uploaded. But when I paid the money (90 NZD) and got the invoice in email, it was again showing the wrong shipping address. I emailed the customer service several times with my correct shipping addressand finally got a reply on the 5th day. The person replying wrote to me that they have changed my shipping address to the correct one and the item will be shipped soon. After 2 days I again got an email that the items have been shipped. But guess what? Upon tracking the item I see that its been again shipped to the wrong address, even after these tools confirmed that the shipping address has been changed to the right one and will be shipped out to the right address. After that I again emailed them to tell them that even after confirming that they have changed my shipping address, they have again parceled my order to the wrong address. It's been 15 days now that I have been emailing them to report this. But I have got not even a single reply from them. They should either resend the parcel or refund my money, but they just choose not to reply to the emails at all. Worst experience ever. Do not shop from here ever.
