Order the eyelashes on july 29th … Order the eyelashes on july 29th received a tracking number however unable to get into the web site to track the order. Requested a refund and they told me they couldn't because the item shipped. It's August 28 and still haven't received anything. Don't buy anything from them...

Jersey falling apart I too ordered a jersey for my grandson for Xmas - (He found the website). I did receive it in time for Xmas but unfortunately within 2 hours of wearing it the letters were coming away from the fabric as if they weren't even pressed on. Not the greatest quality but really hoped it would had lasted more than a few hours.

Honesly the worse clothing site ever I… Honesly the worse clothing site ever I ordered dresses for my bridesmaids the quality of the dresses were terrible and it didn't look like anything on the website!!! They have no refund and return policy in place they just tell you postage will be expensive as its in china and advise you to sell it on!!!! What kind of customer service is that absolutely awful company please avoid and don't get ripped off like I did

CHOIES IS A SCAM I ordered my package on December 31st and never received a confirmation email or my package; yet the promise 3-5 day shipping. I’ve emailed them 5 times and still with no reply. I want to cancel my order and get the full redound I deserve. THIS WEBSITE IS A FULL BLOWN SCAM AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRID. If you could report these people for fraud because this is ridiculous.

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE WITH WORST… WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE WITH WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR. It's been a month from today, I was placing online order, but there was some technical error in the website because of which it was not picking up the right shipping address that I was trying to put, on the contrary it was picking up another shipping address from my previous purchase. Tried 10 times, finally the right shipping address was uploaded. But when I paid the money (90 NZD) and got the invoice in email, it was again showing the wrong shipping address. I emailed the customer service several times with my correct shipping addressand finally got a reply on the 5th day. The person replying wrote to me that they have changed my shipping address to the correct one and the item will be shipped soon. After 2 days I again got an email that the items have been shipped. But guess what? Upon tracking the item I see that its been again shipped to the wrong address, even after these tools confirmed that the shipping address has been changed to the right one and will be shipped out to the right address. After that I again emailed them to tell them that even after confirming that they have changed my shipping address, they have again parceled my order to the wrong address. It's been 15 days now that I have been emailing them to report this. But I have got not even a single reply from them. They should either resend the parcel or refund my money, but they just choose not to reply to the emails at all. Worst experience ever. Do not shop from here ever.
