GBHad to Return My Order, But I'm Still a Very Satisfied Customer! My order was quickly filled and shipped, I received it around 2-3 days (as I recall). Unfortunately, we discovered that it wouldn't quite fit where we wanted it to go, so I had to return the item. My return and refund were handled just about as quickly as my initial order. The return fee was reasonable as well. I hope to get the opportunity to order from Valor Fitness in the future.

GBMy experience of my purchase was EXCELLENT!!! My experience of my purchase was fabulous! Originally I orders my equipment on a Thursday but was heading out of town the following Wednesday so I called Valor and was told it only took about 5 days to deliver so they were so kind and cancelled the order and let me order when I came back in town. Also the owner made a step by step video to assemble the equipment which allowed me to put my leg machine together without even reading the instructions- and as a women or at least for me this was so helpful- I couldn’t have read those instructions ms been able to do it. I love my machine took about 2 hours and I love it! Thank you for such a great piece of equipment and thank you for the excellent service and thank you for sending me the video!

GBI purchased the cable crossovers in… I purchased the cable crossovers in 2017. Had a problem with the plastic slides falling out almost immediately. I called the manufacture shortly after purchasing and got no response. Decided to purchase new slide bushings in February 2024 and it appears they haven’t change the flaw. Had the same problem again. These bushings also came in red this time instead of black.. Ended up purchasing bushings from a different manufacturer that fixed my issues. Like the cable crossover machine overall but can’t stand valors plastic bushings.

GBDeadlift bar My deadlift bar arrived very quickly, about 2 days. It had some cosmetic damage from damaged packaging. They promptly offered me the option of returning the bar (pre-paid) for refund or replacement, or a 20% discount. I took the discount.
