I purchased the cable crossovers in… I purchased the cable crossovers in 2017. Had a problem with the plastic slides falling out almost immediately. I called the manufacture shortly after purchasing and got no response. Decided to purchase new slide bushings in February 2024 and it appears they haven’t change the flaw. Had the same problem again. These bushings also came in red this time instead of black.. Ended up purchasing bushings from a different manufacturer that fixed my issues. Like the cable crossover machine overall but can’t stand valors plastic bushings.

Awesome service & product I had a few questions about some equipment and reached out to the sales staff and they were quick with a response, very helpful and knowledgeable, and super friendly!! The equipment came in within a 5 days, when I was putting together a piece of equipment a bolt broke. I reached out to customer service and within 2 days I had a replacement bolt. It was probably the best customer service I ever had!! I use the equipment almost daily and I LOVE IT!!!! I will 100% recommend Valor Fitness and from here on out will only buy from Valor to equip my home gym!!!!

260lb urethane bumper plates I recently purchased the 260lb urethane bumper plates. These plates are awesome and easy to handle. My only issue was that 1 of the 45lb plates has a dark stain on the white lettering on 1 side of the plate but other side looks perfect. It's just a cosmetic issue and doesn't effect the use of the weight. I'm still a satisfied customer and will definitely purchase from valor again. I actually have 2 more 45lb plates in my cart to purchase again.
