Arrived quickly and works great Arrived quickly, packed well, assembled easily, functions well. The bench is well padded. The curve in the leverage press feels very natural. No problem on my shoulders. I am able to concentrate effort on my pecs with this machine.

Originally I orders my equipment on a Thursday but was heading out of town the following Wednesday so I called Valor and was told it only took about 5 days to deliver so they were so kind and cancelled the order and let me order when I came back in town. Also the owner made a step by step video to assemble the equipment which allowed me to put my leg machine together without even reading the instructions- and as a women or at least for me this was so helpful- I couldn’t have read those instructions ms been able to do it. I love my machine took about 2 hours and I love it! Thank you for such a great piece of equipment and thank you for the excellent service and thank you for sending me the video!

I purchased the cable crossovers in… I purchased the cable crossovers in 2017. Had a problem with the plastic slides falling out almost immediately. I called the manufacture shortly after purchasing and got no response. Decided to purchase new slide bushings in February 2024 and it appears they haven’t change the flaw. Had the same problem again. These bushings also came in red this time instead of black.. Ended up purchasing bushings from a different manufacturer that fixed my issues. Like the cable crossover machine overall but can’t stand valors plastic bushings.

Used these bands in PT Used these bands going thru physical therapy and liked them alot so ordered for home use .. the different weight works well for myself and my wife .. Recommended !!?

Expedited part replacement I had ordered a stretching machine and item had a cracked rubber handle. I contact Valor and item was received within a day or two. Thanks Valor for addressing the issue. The representative that adressed the issue was excellent. I provided the agent with the damaged part and service rep kept me informed by email and tracki g number of the item.
